V02-04-2023 Thermostatic Radiator Valve TRV
Thermostatic Radiator Val ve ( TRV )
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION :
– With thermostatic head and reversible bi-directional body. Built-in sensor
with liquid-filled element.
– It is equipped with special adjustment tool for adjustable flow valve
core,with scale from * to 5.
– Maximum scale 5 flows 220kgs/h.
– Fully tested pressure to 10 bar
– Max pressure difference : 0.8 Bar
– Max flow temperature 100℃
– Can be mounted horizontally or vertically
– To avoid flow related noise the differential pressure between the flow and
return pipes should not exceed 0.2 bar. To achieve this a differential by-pass
valve should be fitted to the system and set to 0.2 bar.
NOTE : Please read all instructions before commencing work. All work
should be carried out by a professional person.
Screw the threaded connector ( A ) to the radiator tightly.
Straightly connect the hexagon lock nut ( B ) with the threaded connector on
the radiator tightly.
Prepare the hexagon lock nut,
copper ring, water pipe.Overlap the copper ring through the water pipe.
Assemble the lock nut and screw tightly.
Prepare the plug ( C ) and sealing spacer.
Screw the threaded plug to the
radiator valve body tightly.Take out the cap, assemble the thermostatic head to the valve body (Both left and right connections are available).
- Unscrew the valve spool and lock shield with wrench.
- Please follow the direction of arrow to exchange the position of the valve spool and lock shield as your requirement with 15-20N.M.
Attention:
- After the product is installed and used, if you want to exchange the valve spool and the lock shield, please make sure that the valve is under no fluid through condition.
- After opening the valve spool and the lock shield, must clean the sealing element and ensure that inclusion-free inside, and clean the six way valve body.
