Step 1 Take out cat house and sponge pad from the retail box, lay them flat as in the above image.
Step 2 Put the sponge pad at the bottom first.
Step 3 Put the heating pad on the sponge pad
Step 4 Put the clear door flap inside by using the self-fastener strip. Press the self-fastener strip firmly to avoid falling down.
Step 5 Raise back end door panel. Pass the cord protector through the grommet.
Step 6 Connect the Male/Female power cords.
Step 7 Connect the top panel to the side panel by using the self-fastener strip. Press the self-fastener strip firmly to avoid falling down.
Step 8 Connect the side panel to the back end door panel and the front end door panel by using the self-fastener strip. Press the self-fastener strip firmly to avoid falling down.
Instructions: Included components: Heating pad with fleece cover. Cord protector/pad side power cord with connector. Wire covered with safe tube. Power adapter cord with connector. Top panel. Sponge pad. Included, 1 plug corresponding to your country’s electrical standards. HOW TO ASSEMBLE Step 1: Take our cat house and sponge pad from the box, lay them flat as in the above picture. Step 2: Put the sponge pad at the bottom. Step 3: Put the heating pad on the sponge pad. Step 4: Put the clear door flap inside by using the self- fastener strip. Press the self-fastener strip firmly to avoid falling down. Step 5: Raise back end door panel. Pass the cord protector through the grommet. Step 6: Connect the male/female power cords. Step 7: Connect the top panel to the side panel by using the self-fastener strip. Press the self- fastener strip firmly to avoid falling down. Step 8: Connect the side panel to the back end door panel and the front end door panel by using the self- fastener strip. Press the self-fastener strip firmly to avoid falling down. Step 9: Roll the house to make the self-fastener strip fasten securely along both edges. Press the self-fastener strip firmly to avoid falling down. Please choose the plug corresponding to your country electrical standards, and assemble with the adaptor.
Additional operating instructions:
- Unzip the cover completely.
- Insert PVC pet heating pad into the fabric cover. None of the PVC pad should be visible when the zipper is closed.
- Connect the power cord by plugging the cord into a standard wall outlet.
- Place directly on a hard, flat surface in your home.
- Plug into a wall outlet and allow 15-20 minutes for your heating pad to achieve proper operating temperature. The built-in thermostats will automatically regulate the heating pad temperature.
- DO NOT obstruct entry/exit flap doors.
- To store your heated cat house, unplug, clean, and store away when not used.
Cleaning instructions:
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove PVC heating pet pad from fabric cover, wash the fleece cover on the gentle cycle with cold water, then line dry. Using a damp towel to wipe the heating pad surface if needed.
- The house can be cleaned using a damp towel or sponge and mild dish washing detergent. DO NOT machine wash.
Disposing of packaging and device
Dispose of the product in accordance with the regulations that apply in your country.
Electrical and electronic equipment marked with this symbol must not be disposed of together with household waste. The equipment may contain hazardous substances and substances that are harmful to the environment. back up to three old appliances (max. edge length of 25 cm) free of charge at
the end user’s request.
There are free collection points for old electrical appliances in your area
and, if necessary, other collection points for the reuse of appliances.
You can obtain the addresses from your city or local government. Old
appliances from private households that can be sent by parcel post can also be
returned. For this purpose, we will provide you with a return label free of
charge, which you can request at service@zooplus.com.
When doing so, ensure proper shipping packaging so that breakage is avoided as
much as possible and mechanical compaction or breakage can be ruled out.
Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to delete all personal data
on the device before returning it.
