  • The Battery Power Indicator “  ” will provide a real-time display of your battery charging status.

Getting Started

  1. Make sure your pump is fully charged if using the battery power or is plugged in to the power outlet if you are using the AC adapter.
  2. Attach 360 Fit Flange to your breast so that the nipple is centered and aligned straight toward the silicone cushion of the breast shield.
  3. Make sure your breast fills the breast shield so that a vacuum is formed and no air escapes.
  4. Long press the on/off button “ ” to switch on the pump.
  5. Your Twain Breast Pump will always start in the stimulation mode to help with let-down.

Suction Mode Selection

  • Stimulation mode has rapid suction movements to elicit your milk ejection reflex (MER), otherwise known as a let-down. You can adjust the strength of the suction between 1-9 using the plus “ ” or minus “ ” buttons. Once you have had your let-down, press the Suction Mode Control button “ ” to switch to expression mode.
  • Expression mode has slower but deeper suction movements to extract as much milk from your breasts as possible. You can adjust the strength of the suction between 1-9 using the plus “ ” or minus “ ” buttons.
  • Combo mode toggles between stimulation (for 10 suction movements) and expression modes (for 5 suction movements) automatically. It’s great for eliciting further let-downs and for power pumping. You can adjust the strength of the suction between 1-9 using the plus “  ” or minus “ ” buttons.
  • You can press the Left or Right Pumping On/Pause Buttons (or both) to pause pumping and press again to resume.

NOTE : Your Twain Breast Pump is designed to turn off automatically after 30 minutes.
