Packaging Steps
- Lay up the plywood pallet. ****
- Attach the stacking comers to the modules.
- Place the modules on to the pallet with the first and last modules front side facing outwards.
- First, use 2 pieces strapping bands along the long side and short side of the module for fixing separately, then install “N” shape wood to support the side of the module, and fix it with 3 strapping bands to further stabilize the modules.
- Place the cardboard surrounding piece around the modules.
- Place the cardboard cover on the package.

- Attach the shipping marks on to the cardboard box.
- First, use 1 piece strapping band at the middle side of the package for flXing, then use wrapping film to secure the package, and fix it with 4 pieces strapping bands to further stabilize the modules.
Stacking of the packages
The packages can be piled up to a maximum of 2 layers.
