The RSDS Surface Mount LED Downlight is a thin installation solution designed to fit into tight spaces. It features a twist lock diffuser that can be easily removed for installation. Product Usage Instructions

Installation

  1. Turn off the power supply to the installation area.
  2. Remove the twist lock diffuser by twisting it counterclockwise.
  3. Mount the direct box to the ceiling using appropriate screws and anchors.
  4. Connect the wiring from the power supply to the downlight, following electrical codes and guidelines.
  5. Securely attach the downlight to the direct box by twisting it clockwise until it locks into place.
  6. Insert the twist lock diffuser back into position by twisting it clockwise.
  7. Turn on the power supply and test the downlight to ensure proper functionality.

Light Temperature Selection
The RSDS Surface Mount LED Downlight offers CCT Selectable technology, allowing you to choose from different light temperatures. Follow the steps below to select your desired light temperature:

  1. Ensure the downlight is connected to a power supply and turned on.
  2. Using a compatible dimmer switch, cycle through the available light temperature options (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K) until you reach your desired setting.
  3. The downlight will adjust its light output to match the selected temperature.
