Ensure you have all the required elements for assembling the roof tray:
- x 1 Roof Tray
- x 1 M8X145 Screw (x 6)
- x 1 M6X35 Screw (x 4)
- x 6 6x12x2 Washer
- x 4 6x16x1.5 Washer
- x 8 M6X60X108 Screw
- x 4 M6 Nut (x 6)
- x 4 M8 Nut
Roof Tray Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble the roof tray:
- Attach the M8X145 screws to the designated holes on the roof tray (x 6).
- Attach the M6X35 screws to the designated holes on the roof tray (x 4).
- Place the 6x12x2 washers on top of the M8X145 screws (x 6).
- Place the 6x16x1.5 washers on top of the M6X35 screws (x 4).
- Secure the roof tray by attaching the M6X60X108 screws (x 8) through the washers and into the roof tray.
- Tighten all screws using the M6 nuts (x 6) and M8 nuts (x 4).
Attaching The Roof Tray To Your Vehicle’s Roof Bar
Follow these steps to attach the roof tray to your vehicle’s roof bar:
- Ensure your vehicle is fitted with suitable roof bars.
- Make sure there is a minimum of 700mm between each roof bar.
- Check the maximum load capacity of your vehicle.
- Confirm that your vehicle’s roof bars have a maximum width of 93mm and a maximum height of 33mm.
- Place the assembled roof tray onto the roof bars.

Attaching The Roof Tra3y To Your Vehicle’s Roof Bar
Health & Safety Guidelines
- When placing load onto the roof tray, ensure the load is evenly distributed. Never place all the load onto one one side of the tray.
- Use suitable luggage straps or luggage ties to secure the load in place inside the tray.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 65kg.
- Never stand on the roof tray.
- Do not place the roof tray on top of your vehicle without the roof bars fitted. Risk of damage/scratch to your vehicle.
- Never exceed the maximum speed of 110mph with load in the roof tray.
- Ensure there is a gap of at least 700mm between each of the roof bars.
- When lifting or removing the roof tray, ensure two people are involved.
