2.4G Wireless Connection Steps
- Turn on the Power Key.
- Insert the USB receiver into the computer USB port.
- Wait for 5 seconds for the auto-recognition on the first-time connection.

DPI Sensitivity Setting
Three sensitivity DPI (Dots Per Inch) levels are available: 800 1200 (Default) – 1600 Switch between the 3 levels with the middle round button on the top of the mouse. -
Power On/Off
The mouse could be turned on and off with the power switch located at the bottom of the mouse. -
Sleep Mode
The mouse will automatically switch to the sleep mode to conserve the battery life if no activity is detected in 2 minutes; Right or left click to wake the mouse from the sleep mode. -
Charging
To charge, please connect the mouse with the power source with the micro-USB charging cable provided; The micro-USB port is located on the front of the mouse.
The charging indicator will stay lit while the mouse is charging. When the charging light is off, it indicates the mouse has been fully charged.
Kindly Note: Please fully charge the mouse before first use.

Below are the basic troubleshooting methods for the device in case of
occurrence.

Malfunctions | The Possible Reasons | The Solutions |

The mouse no does respond |
- Low battery level. 2. The power switch is turned off.
- The USB receiver is not connected to the mouse wirelessly

- Please charge the mouse for at least 15 minutes.
- Move the power switch to “ON” at the bottom of the mouse.
- Make sure the light at the bottom of the mouse is bright
Unable to connect to the USB receiver|
- The receiver is not inserted correctly.
- Low battery level.

- Pull out the receiver and reinsert it into the USB port; Switch to test on another USB port.
- Please charge the mouse.
The mouse pointer cursor is moved irregularly or responds slowly|
- The mouse may not be in the optimal receiving range.
- Low battery level.
- Dust and oil cover the laser sensor at the bottom.
- The mouse DPI is low

- Move the mouse closer to the receiver.
- Please charge the mouse.
- Use a wet cloth clean the bottom of the laser. microfiber cleaning cloth.
- Adjust the DPI level from 800-1200-1600
The mouse cannot be charged|
- The charging port is not plugged in.
- The charging cable malfunction; or it is not plugged in correctly. 3. The power source malfunctioned.

- Please wait longer to check if the charging indicator stays on.
- Test and try a new charging cable.
- Test and try another power source.
Attention
- Reflective surface or rough surface will affect the mouse performance.
- The receiver must be plugged into the USB port before using the mouse.
- Please use a dry and soft cloth to clean the mouse.
