• Jeri warrants its 120W monocrystal portable, four-fold solar panel (PSP) for 12 months starting from the arrival of stock at a Jeri business partner’s warehouse.
• Customers can activate their 12-month limited warranty at: www.clenergy.com.au/solution-centre/service-centre
• If a Jeri PSP becomes non-functional within the 12-month warranty period, and the customer has not registered their warranty online, they must produce the original proof of purchase to Clenergy Australia to address the issue with the non-functional PSP.
• Please note that all customers must notify Clenergy Australia within 12 months of the purchase date that appears on their original proof of purchase of their Jeri PSP if it becomes non-functional.
• Otherwise, the warranty will be outdated and void.
• Since the PSP is not a hard-backed solar panel, it is more susceptible to the formation of microcracks caused by misuse, mishandling, transportation, or storage.
• To process the warranty claim for their Jeri PSP and allow us to assess and initiate the claims, customers need to contact Clenergy Australia via our customer service phone line or email us for instructions.
