Before using the device, review and download the latest

To power on your device, press and hold the power button until the screen turns on.
Follow the instructions in the following figures to set up your device.

  • 4G service depends on the support of your network carrier and its deployment of relevant services.
    Please contact your carrier to activate 4G service.

  • If you have inserted two SIM cards, only the default mobile data card can support data service.

  • 4G service may be unavailable in certain areas due tonetwork interference.

Operation and safety

  • To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at a high volume for long periods.

  • Ideal temperatures: 0°C to 35°C for operating, -20°C to +45°C for storage.

  • Pacemaker manufacturers recommend that a minimum distance of 15 cm be maintained between a device and a pacemaker to prevent potential interference with the  pacemaker.
    If using a pacemaker, hold the device on the side opposite the pacemaker and do not carry the device in your front pocket.

  • Observe local laws and regulations while using the device.
    To reduce the risk of accidents, do not use your wireless device while driving.

  • Avoid using the device in a dusty, damp, or dirty place, or near a magnetic field.

  • When charging, an adapter should be plugged into a socket nearby and easily accessible. Use approved power adapters and chargers.

  • Unplug the charger from electrical outlets and the device when not in use.

  • Please consult your doctor and the device manufacturer to determine if using your device may interfere with the operation of your medical device.

  • Adhere to any rules or regulations set forth by hospitals and health care facilities.

  • Do not use, store or transport the device where flammables or explosives are stored (in a gas station, oil depot, or chemical plant, for example). Using your device in  these environments increases the risk of explosion or fire.

  • Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself — you may damage the battery, which could cause overheating, fire, and injury. The built-in battery in your device should  be serviced by wiko or an authorised service provider.

  • Keep the battery away from fire, excessive heat, and direct sunlight. Do not place it on or in heating devices. Do not disassemble, modify, throw, or squeeze it. Do not  insert foreign objects into it, submerge it in liquids, or expose it to external force or pressure, as this may cause it to leak, overheat, catch fire, or even explode.

  • To reduce the risk of fires or electric shocks, do not expose the adapter or accessories to water or moisture. Do not place the adapter near heat sources such as a  microwave oven, oven, or radiator. Do not touch the adapter or device with wet hands. This could result in short circuits, breakdowns, or electric shocks.
    Do not self-disassemble or repair the adapter. If a fault is detected, disconnect the adapter from the power source and device, and contact the authorized service center  or dealer for assistance.

  • Follow all safety rules for children. The adapter and its cord are not toys. Some adapters’cords present a choking hazard. Keep it out of reach of children. Don’t let  children put the adapter or its cord in their mouth. This adapter andcord are not for use by children.

  • Power off your device in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere, and comply with all signs and instructions.

  • Ensure that the power adaptor meets the requirements of Annex Q of IEC/EN 62368-1 and has been tested and approved according to national or local standards.

Body worn operation
The device complies with RF specifications when used near your ear or at a distance of 1cm from your body. Ensure that the device accessories, such as a device case and  device holster, are not composed of metal components. Keep the device away from your body to meet the distance requirement.

This device is also designed to meet the requirements for exposure to radio waves established by the Federal Communications Commission (USA).
