  3. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  4. Please do not submerge any part of the Convection Oven in water or other liquids to prevent electrical shock. See instructions for cleaning.
  5. Children or those with certain disabilities should not use this oven.
  6. You should not operate any appliance that has a damaged cord or plug, that has malfunctioned, or that has been damaged in any way or is not working properly. For examination, repair, or adjustment, return the Convection Oven to the store where it was purchased.
  7. Using accessory attachments that are not recommended may result in injury.
  8. Do not use outdoors.
  9. Do not let cords hang over the edge of the table or countertop, where they can be inadvertently pulled on by children or pets or touched by hot surfaces, causing damage.
  10. Convection Ovens should not be placed on or near a hot burner or in a heated oven.
  11. Do not use this Convection Oven for any purpose other than what it was designed for.
  12. Using containers constructed of materials other than metal or glass in the oven should be done with extreme caution.
  13. Whenever you remove Convection Oven accessories or dispose of hot grease, use extreme caution to avoid burns.
  14. Always unplug the unit when it is not in use. This Convection Oven should not be used for storing anything other than the manufacturer’s recommended oven-safe accessories.
  15. Paper, cardboard, plastic, and similar products should not be placed in the convection oven.
  16. The metal foil should not be used to cover the Crumb Tray or any other part of the oven. Doing so will cause the oven to overheat.
  17. The Convection Oven should not be used to cook oversized foods, packages of metal foil, or utensils, as these may cause fire or electric shock.
  18. When the Convection Oven is in operation, it may catch fire if it is covered or touching flammable materials like curtains, drapes, or walls. Never place items on top of the appliance while it is in use. Avoid operating under wall cabinets.
  19. Avoid using metal scouring pads when cleaning. It’s possible for pieces to break off the pad and touch electrical parts, posing a risk of electric shock.

  21. Warning: To avoid the possibility of a fire, NEVER leave the Convection Oven unattended during use.
  22. All cooking/baking, roasting, and air-frying should be done at recommended temperatures.
  23. Cooking utensils and baking dishes should not be placed on the unit’s glass door.
  24. You should not operate your appliance under a cabinet or in an appliance garage. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet before storing it. A failure to do so could result in a fire, especially if the appliance touches the garage walls or the door touches the unit when it closes.
  25. Moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids must be done with extreme caution.
  26. Make sure the unit is turned off before removing the plug from the wall outlet.

Keep these instructions at hand and read them carefully. By following these instructions, you will be able to utilize your Convection Oven to the fullest so that you will achieve consistent and professional results.
SPECIAL CORD SET INSTRUCTIONS
In order to reduce the risks of becoming entangled or tripping over a long power cord, a short power cord is provided. If used with care, extension cords are available and may be used. Whenever an extension cord is used, it must have an electrical rating at least as great as the appliance’s electrical rating, and it should be arranged so that it does not drape over the countertop or tabletop, where it may be tripped over or pulled on by children.

Care & Cleaning
Before cleaning your Convection Oven, unplug it and allow it to cool completely. Use only non-abrasive cleaners, as they will damage the finish. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Cleaning agents should be applied to a cloth, not directly to the Convection Oven. When cleaning the control panel, do not use excessive pressure since this may cause the text to be removed over time. Use a damp soapy cloth or sponge to clean the interior walls and bottom of the oven (remove the Removable Crumb Tray first). Don’t use harsh abrasives or corrosive products, including oven cleaner sprays. They can damage the oven’s surface. You should never use steel wool pads on your convection oven or accessories. It is recommended that the Wire Rack, Baking/Drip Pan, Air Fryer Basket, and Removable Crumb Tray be hand-washed in hot, sudsy water, or that a nylon scouring pad or nylon brush be used. These parts are not dishwasher safe. Always clean the Removable Crumb Tray after every use. Excess food particles can cause smoking and are difficult to remove from trays. You can soak the Removable Crumb Tray in hot, sudsy water or use nonabrasive cleaners to remove baked-on grease or burnt food particles. Never use the oven without the Removable Crumb Tray. Rotisserie Spit, Forks, Screws, and Removal Tool can be cleaned with a cloth or sponge dipped in hot, sudsy water. Soak stubborn stains in hot, sudsy water before cleaning. After cooking greasy foods or after using the rotisserie function, it is a good idea to clean the top interior of the Convection Oven to remove excess grease. This will prevent the oven from smoking in the future.
ATTENTION: Please do not put normal paper into the oven as it will burn.
