They’re perfect for use on your current mattress, sofa bed or directly on the floor. You can sleep on both sides of the topper, which means you are 100% assured of the comfort you desire. You can choose the soft comfort side, or the firmer comfort side. You will be comfortably warm in the winter and extra cool in the summer, thanks to the excellent ventilation – and the luxury height will give your existing mattress the extra luxury you desire. And don’t forget: you can always roll up the topper and store it when you don’t need it.

Felman® sleep technology

We all know that if you have the right body temperature, you will fall asleep more rapidly and will enjoy a better night’s sleep. Most foam toppers retain body heat, which will cause your body to sweat to cool down. This makes it harder to fall and stay asleep. We have used the latest generation of foams to create a luxury topper – the topper with the next generation of sleep innovation.
The latest generation of foams offer maximum air ventilation by making use of thousands of tiny air channels, which allow warm air to escape from your bed. This topper ensures that you will never again be too warm or too cold and will always have the perfect temperature to allow you to sleep comfortably. This is useful as the seasons change: you can choose a cooler side in summer and a warmer side in winter. Whichever comfort level you choose, we guarantee you a good night’s sleep.
The organic bio cotton topper cover consists of 30% cotton and 70% polyester, so that you remain comfortably cool in a natural way and can fall asleep more quickly. It also increases the comfort level of your existing bed and offers immediate ergonomic pressure relief for your whole body. In addition, all materials undergo antiallergenic and antibacterial treatment and the topper is suitable for the most sensitive skin.
The topper is designed to stay put, even if you move a lot in your sleep. The material used also ensures there is no transfer of movement, which means couples can sleep undisturbed.

We have packed your topper smartly so that it always stays hygienic and can be shipped easily.
Follow these four simple steps to get your topper ready for your first night.

| Opening
Bring your topper to the room where you will use it and carefully open the outer packaging. Make sure you don’t cut the topper itself.

| Forming
After opening, the topper will begin to assume its original form. The cover may be somewhat creased, which is normal with vacuum packaging. You can rest assured that this will disappear within a few hours.
| Breathing
Your topper will assume its original form within approx. 15 minutes. However, you should allow it to breathe for at least another 12 hours, so the foam layers fully recover from the air-tight packaging process.
| Enjoying
That’s all: your Felman® topper is ready for use. You may notice a foam odour, which is perfectly normal and will disappear during the coming 4-6 weeks.

Keep your Felman® topper in top condition

Before use
Place your topper directly on top of your existing mattress. Your topper has an organic bio cotton cover, which allows it to breathe naturally and also ensures that it does not move. Place a cover or a sheet over the topper and it is ready for use.
Can be used anywhere
We have designed our topper so that it can be used wherever you want to increase the comfort level: on your existing mattress, sofa bed, guest bed or even directly on the floor.
Cleaning
The topper cover can be removed for washing at 30 degrees. We advise you not to dry the topper in the dryer, nor should it be dry cleaned.
To maintain the quality of the topper, we advise you to use a mattress protector and to regularly wash it so the topper remains fresh. If it becomes stained, clean the topper with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly before sleeping on it.
Storage
Your topper can easily be stored by rolling it up and placing it in a clean, dry space when not in use.
When you need to use your topper again, simply roll it out so that you or your guests can enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep.

1-YEAR WARRANTY ON FELMAN® TOPPERS
The materials used have been extensively tested to guarantee the durability of your topper. As such, Felman® can offer you a 1-year warranty on your Felman® topper.

1. The removable cover has a 1-year warranty on the quality and finishing.
2. We guarantee that your Felman® topper will be replaced or repaired if the problem is covered by the warranty.
3. This warranty does not cover: the normal reduction in softness of the basic material, which does not affect the supporting properties of the topper, the normal reduction in the topper thickness, margin 5-15%, * a normal deviation of +/- 2% in the length and width.
4. In the event of a complaint, Felman® may carry out an inspection and you will be asked to supply photos showing visible defects.
5. The shipping costs for return of the topper are the responsibility of the purchaser, regardless of whether Felman® identifies a defect or not.
6. Complaints related to manufacturing defects (sewing defects, stains and other inadequacies) must be reported to Felman® within 30 days of delivery.
7. The warranty is valid for 1 years from the date of purchase of the product. Claims may be made by showing the original proof of purchase. In the event of repair or replacement, the warranty will not be extended but will start from the original date of purchase.

The warranty does not apply:

1. If the product is damaged as a result of misuse, careless handling or physical abuse, such as cuts, tears, burns or damp patches.
2. In the event of problems caused by failure to care for products in accordance with the washing and/or care instructions.
3. In the event of normal wear to the product, if the product is not in a hygienic condition or if the returned product is not protected against damage during shipping.
4. If damage arises to the product that is not the result of inadequate workmanship or material defects.
5. If mould, dirt or odours arise because the topper is not aired properly.
6. If the product is not opened within one month of the date of delivery.
7. To shipping costs.
8. If you cannot show the original proof of purchase.
