Read carefully and consider all instructions before and during the assembly
and keep this product guide for future reference. To move the rack, remove the
materials and equipments put inside or on the top panel and shelves,
decreasing weight and preventing damage to the product. Irregular and
unleveled floors can leave the rack to instability and out of to square, which
can damage the feet and maybe cause deformation, distortion and others
problems in the product parts. Make surre the leveling and regularity of the
surface on which the rack will be installed, ensuring accurancy and
appropriateness of functionality and usage and maintaining warranty
conditions. Don’t expose the product to direct sunlight and humidity.
For cleaning, use dry or slightly humid cloth. Don’t use chemicals and
abrasive products.
Never use any part of the rack as a seat or as a support or as a step to climb
the furniture itself or the wall.
Maximum weights recommended, considering uniform distribution over the surface
of the parts: 4 kg in the drawer; 20kg on the base; 15 kg on the shelf; and 20
kg on the top panel.

IMPORTANT! Check the measures of the bolts on the scale or with a measuring tape before applying them in parts.
STEP 1
FIXING THE BASE (01) ON THE FEET (18).
- Fix the Base (01) on the feet (18) with bolts 5,5 x 65mm (H) and apply Ø6 x 30mm (A) dowels.
- Apply the plastic cover (L) on the bolts (H).
- Apply protective felts (M in the Feet (18).
STEP 2
FIXING THE SHELF (06) ON PARTITIONS (04,05).
- Fix the Shelf (06) on the Partitions (04,05) with simple Minifix screws (C) and apply Ø6 x 30mm (A) dowels.
- Finish the fixing by applying the Minifix drums (D) fitting them to the Minifixscrews (C), as indicated in the drawing.
- Apply the Hole Cover Adhesives (E), as indicated in the drawing.
- Fix the runners (19) on the Partitions (04,05) with the 4.0 X 14mm screws (J).
STEP 3
FIXING THE SIDE (02,03) ON THE SHELF (06).
- Fixing the side (02,03) on the shelf (06) with simple Minifix screws (C) and apply Ø6 x 30mm (A) dowels.
- Finish the fixing by applying the Minifix drums (D) fitting them to the Minifix screws (C), as indicated in the drawing.
- Apply the Hole Cover Adhesives (F), as indicated in the drawing.
STEP 4
FIXING THE SIDE (02,03) AND PARTITION (04,05) ON THE BASE (01).
- Fixing the side (02,03) and partition (04,05) on the base (01) wit screws 5,0 x 50mm (G) and apply Ø6 x 30mm (A) dowels, as indicated in the drawing.
STEP 5
FIXING THE LOWER TOP PANEL (08) AND INDENTED BACKGROUND (07) ON THE SIDE (02,03).
- Fix the Lower Top Panel (08) and Indented Background (07) on the Side (02,03) with simple Minifix screws (C) and apply Ø6 x 30mm (A) dowels.
- Finish the fixing by applying the Minifix drums (D) fitting them to the Minifix screws (C), as indicated in the drawing.
- Apply the Hole Cover Adhesives (E), as indicated in the drawing.
STEP 6
FIXING THE TOP PANEL (08,10) ON THE CROSSBAR (09).
- Fixing the top panel (08,10) on the crossbar (09) wit screws 4,0 x 45mm (O) and apply Ø6 x 40mm (B) dowels, as indicated in the drawing.
STEP 7
FIXING THE BACK PANEL (17):
- Fix the Back Panel (17) with 10 x 10 nails (I).
- Fix the Indented Background (07) applying bolts 3,5 x 12mm (S) in the metal brackets (R).
STEP 8
ASSEMBLING THE DRAWER
- Fix the Front part (14) and the Rear Panel (11) in the Side Panels of the drawer (12) and (13) with dowels (A) and Minifix (C+D). At the end, apply adhesive covers (E).
- Insert the Base of the drawer (15) into the channel in the Front of the drawer (14), as DETAIL 3, and align its edges with the Side Panels of the drawer (12) and (13).
- Check the alignment of the assembled drawer and apply the Indicated bolts 3.5 x 16mm (N) to fix the Base (15).
- Position the Slides (19) and fix them to the Sides (12) and (13) with 4.0 x 14mm screws (J), according to DETAIL 4.
- Fix the handle (P) on the Front part (14) with 3,5 x 25mm (Q).
STEP 9
FIXING THE METALLIC CHOICES FOR HINGES (K) ON THE RIGHT SIDE (03):
- Fix the metallic shims for hinges (K) on the Right Side (03) with screws 4,0 x 14mm (J), according to DETAIL 5.
STEP 10
PREPARING THE DOOR (16):
- Fix the hinges (K) on the Door (16) with 4,0 x 14mm (J).
Fix the handle (P) on the Door (16) with 3,5 x 25mm (Q).
STEP 11
INSTALLATION OF THE DOOR (16):
- Fit and fix the hinges (K) of the Door (16) to the metal shims [already fixed to the Left Side (03) using the fixing screw and the adjusting screw hinges. If necessary, adjust the alignment of the Door (16) through the adjusting screw of each hinge (see DETAIL 6).
- With the drawer already assembled, insert it fitting the metal slides (19) so that slide smoothly
- Apply Plastic Cover Ø40mm (T), as indicated in the drawing.
