Milling
- Before using this product, ensure that your mill is suitable for use with the exceptional MPa strength of this product. Follow the mill manufacturer’s milling material recommendations.
- Bridge restorations must be designed to fit within the bounding box dimensions of X: 14.4 mm, Y: 32.9 mm, and Z: 13.6 mm (height x length x width) of the block.
- Make sure that the coolant trough filters have been cleaned according to the milling user guides before and after milling BruxZir NOW blocks. Failure to do so may result in low coolant pressure and interruptions in subsequent milling procedures.
- Before milling operations, fill the mill coolant trough with the recommended coolant solution concentration mentioned in the milling user guide. Failure to do so may cause incomplete BruxZir NOW block milling.
- After designing the restoration, follow your mill instructions to complete the milling process. Use a new bur for each restoration.
- Once milled, carefully remove the restoration from the block, clean the leftover sprue, and remove all residual debris and coolant from the restoration.
Finishing
- No sintering is required for BruxZir NOW restorations. Polishing, staining, and/or glazing are optional and can be done as desired.
- BruxZir NOW blocks are individually designed to match the body of the indicated VITA shade. Staining may be performed to match specific prescriptions or to achieve a gingival-to-incisal blend of color.
- Follow the manufacturer’s directions for using stain or glaze. Only low-fusing glaze may be used.
Cementation
- No specific cements have been evaluated for BruxZir NOW restorations. Industry-approved materials and protocols for cementing zirconia restorations are acceptable.
- Refer to the user manuals of those specific zirconia restoration cementing products for more details.
Storage
- Before storing BruxZir NOW blocks and burs, ensure there is no damage from shipping. Check for cracks, chips, or broken mandrels.
- Store the blocks and burs at room temperature, away from dust and potential contamination sources. When not in use, store the BruxZir NOW blocks and burs in their original packaging.

Milling
- Caution: Due to the exceptional MPa strength of this product, this product may not be suitable for use on your mill. Follow the mill manufacturer’s milling material recommendations before using this product.
- Caution: Bridge restorations must be designed to fit in the bounding box dimension X: 14.4 mm Y: 32.9 mm Z: 13.6 mm (height x length x width) of the block.
- Caution: Ensure that the coolant trough filters have been cleaned according to milling user guides before and after any BruxZir NOW blocks have been milled. Failure to do so may result in low coolant pressure and a pause in subsequent milling procedures.
- Caution: Before milling operations, ensure the mill coolant trough has been filled with the coolant solution concentration that has been recommended in the milling user guide.
- Failure to do so may cause incomplete BruxZir NOW block milling.
- After the restoration has been designed, follow your mill instructions to complete the milling process. A new bur is required for each restoration.
- Once milled, carefully remove the restoration from the block, clean the leftover sprue, and remove all residual debris and coolant from the restoration.
