INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
-
Shift vehicle transmission into “PARK”. Turn key to “OFF” position and remove from vehicle.
-
The set roof on a soft surface. Clean the inside (lower) surfaces of the roof with a mild cleaning solution and wipe with isopropyl alcohol.
Note: If your roof is already installed on a vehicle, remove the accessory roof to gain access to install the foam liner insulation. -
The foam pad (item #1) is universal size 38” x 60” (965mm x 1524mm) and will require marking a cut pattern and cutting to shape to match your desired roof. Typically one universal foam liner will fit one roof panel, so you will need one pad for the front roof panel and one pad for the rear roof panel. An exception is one 29005 foam pad will fit RZR-4 front and rear roof panels (PN 29150, front panel foam pattern 26.5” x 29”, rear panel foam pattern 23” x 25”), as shown. (See illustrations 1-1 and 1-2).
-
To mark a cutting pattern, measure the inside surfaces of your roof panel, in between each cab frame tubing. Transfer the measurements to the paper backing side of the foam liner and mark cutting lines as shown. (See illustrations 1-2 and 1-3). Note, at end of the instruction booklet, provided are cutting pattern example templates that can be used for most roofs. Examples are of crew-style roofs, but the front panel patterns shown can be used for most non-crew roofs.
-
Using sharp shears or scissors or utility knives, cut the pattern out of the universal sheet, thru the paper backing and foam pad, using smaller cuts, being careful not to rip
the foam and fabric liner. (See illustrations 1-4).
TIP
Test fit foam liner to roof and cab frame to determine proper placement of foam pad.
-
Apply the trimmed foam insulation pad (item #1) to the inside surfaces of the front and/or rear roof panels as shown. (See illustrations 1-1, 1-5, and 1-6).
Note: Carefully peel back the paper away from the adhesive. -
Place the roof on top of the vehicle cab frame and continue with the installation. Refer to roof installation instructions.

- Check accessory mounts frequently and retighten hardware if necessary.
- Replace this accessory with a new one if it becomes damaged.
- Never use petroleum solvents such as gasoline, thinner benzene, acid or alkaline cleaners.
