Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Select Gas Type (Engine)
To select the gas type for the engine, choose one of the following options:

• Symmetry RDV3611 engine NG – RDV3611ETRN
• Symmetry RDV3611 engine LPG – RDV3611ETRL

Step 2: Select Frame Option
Choose the desired frame option for your product:

• Black inner and outer frame – R3601GL
• Satin chrome inner and outer frame – R3601SC
• Premium frame – black on black – R3602
• Premium frame stainless on black – R3603
• Granite surround with black inner frame – R3620
• Black inner frame – 13621GL*
• Satin chrome inner frame – 13621SC*

Only ordered if doing a frameless installation. Rinnai does not sell the premium inner flat frames as an option as the frame sits proud of the wall and not flush like the standard frame. There is also complexity in connecting the CAT5 cable.

Step 3: Select Flue Kit and/or Flue Components
Choose the appropriate flue kit and/or flue components based on your installation requirements:

A: The available gas types for the engine are Natural Gas (NG) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

Q: Can I order the premium inner flat frames for a frameless installation?
A: No, Rinnai does not sell premium inner flat frames as an option for frameless installation. The frame sits proud of the wall and not flush like the standard frame, and there is complexity in connecting the CAT5 cable.

Q: Do I need to order additional components for ducting?
A: If heat is being transferred through a floor grille instead of a ceiling outlet, you will need to order the “Ducting floor grille” in addition to the heat transfer kit.

Q: What is the length of the flue kit horizontal short – A and B?
A: The flue kit horizontal short – A has a frame-to-outside wall length of 635-750 mm, while the flue kit horizontal short – B has a frame to outside wall length of 745-860 mm.
