Note: To function properly, please connect both 15-pin power connectors to the enclosure when using the device.
Fan Speed Settings
Switch Setting | Fan Speed |

Low | 60% |
Auto (Default) | The fan will start at a Low setting and increase its speed |
depending on the HDD temperature. If the HDD exceeds over 40°C (Room temp 25°C), the fan will increase its speed to maximum.
Note: The fan speed control has three settings: High, Low, and Auto settings. The High setting sets the fan at its maximum output and in the Low setting, the fan is at 60% of its maximum output. In Auto mode, the fan speed will adjust according to the temperature of the device.
Installation Guide
2.5″ HDD/SSD Installation
- Push the button to eject the drive tray.
- Press down the front side of the drive to align with the tray.
- Optional: Two M3*4 screws can be installed on the bottom backside of the tray for extra drive stability.
Note: Firmly press down the backside of the drive to secure the drive onto the tray. The ExpressTray supports tool-less drive installation. The patented mechanical design inside the enclosure secures the drive once the ExpressTray has been inserted into the enclosure. Please do not flip the ExpressTray when there is a hard drive or solid-state drive placed on it.
