Product Information

The ToughArmor is a mobile rack for 2.5-inch SATA hard disk drives and solid- state drives. It is available in three variants: MB411SPO-1B for Slim ODD, MB411SKO-1B for Slim ODD with lock, and MB411SPO-2B for Ultra Slim ODD. The device is manufactured by Cremax Europe GmbH located in Duisburg, Germany. The package includes the mobile rack, a user manual, two keys (for MB411SKO-1B only), four M34 flat head screws for 2.5 HDD/SSD, two spare screws, and eight M24 flat head screws for the device.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation for MB411SKO-1B / MB411SPO-1B (Slim ODD)

1. Remove the plastic bar and keep the M3*4 flat head screws as spare drive screws.
2. Place the 2.5-inch HDD/SSD onto the tray with the connector located at the rear of the tray.
3. Flip to the bottom side of the tray along with the drive and use the included M3*4 screws to secure the drive onto the tray.
4. Use the included keys to lock/unlock the tray by changing the lock direction (for MB411SKO-1B only).
5. Connect the 6-pin power and 7-pin SATA cables to the mobile rack.
6. Insert the mobile rack into the Slim ODD or Ultra Slim ODD bay until it clicks.

Installation for MB411SPO-2B (Ultra Slim ODD)

1. Remove the plastic bar and keep the M3*4 flat head screws as spare drive screws.
2. Place the 2.5 inch HDD/SSD onto the tray with the connector located at the rear of the tray.
3. Use the included M3*4 flat head screws to install the drive onto the tray.
4. Connect the 6-pin power and 7-pin SATA cables to the mobile rack.
5. Insert the mobile rack into the Slim ODD or Ultra Slim ODD bay until it clicks.

Note: Use only the included screws to secure the drives. The EZ-Lock LED Indicator (for MB411SKO-B only) will show a solid green light for power and a blinking green light for HDD access. The LED Indicator (for MB411SPO-1B and MB411SPO-2B) will show a solid green light for power and a blinking green light for HDD access. 3.1 MB411SKO-1B / MB411SPO-1B (Slim ODD)
Remove the plastic bar and keep the M3*4 flat head screws as spare drive screws.

This tray accommodates 2.5″ drives with up to 9.5mm height. When placing the HDD or SSD onto the tray, be sure that the drive s connector is located at the rear of the tray.
Flip to the bottom side of the tray along with the drive and use the included M3*4 screws to secure the drive onto the tray.

3.2 MB411SPO-2B (Ultra Slim ODD)

Remove the plastic bar and keep the M34 flat head screws as spare drive screws.
This tray accommodates 2.5″ drives with up to 7mm height.
