Connect the USB cable and power adapter.

Connect U.2 NVMe SSD lo the MB931U- 1VB R1

Switch the power button to the 1ight to tum on the device.
Note :
- Make sure to turn off the device’s power before installing or removing the drives.
- Due to compatibility reasons, the transfer speed may drop to 3.2 Gen 1 (SGbps) when using cer1ain U.2 SSOs or operating systems. If you are experiencing any performance issues. please get in touch with our customer support team.
- Please check the drive compatibility lls.t on the ICY DOCK ·website before purchasing a U 2 SSD

Connect the USB cable

Connect 2.5″ SATA drive or M.2 SATA SSO to the device Avoid connecting both 2.5″ SATA and M.2 drives simultaneously.
OR

Switch the power button to the right to turn on the device.
Note:
- Make sure to tum off the device’s power before installing or removing the drives.
- When installing 2.5″ SATA and M.:2 drives simultaneously, the system will only detect M.2 SSD.
- This device does not support drives that use 12V power
- The drive’s. connector might get oxidized over time and causes poor drive detection. It is recommended to use a rubber eraser or alcohol to clean the connector when it happens.

Connect 2 .5″ SATA drive M.2 SATN/ NVMe SSD to the device. Avoid connecting both 2.5″ SATA and M.2 drives simultaneously.

Connect the USB cable.
Note:
- For M.2 NVMe SSO that does not support the hot-plug function, it is suggested to install the M 2 NVMe SSO before connecting the USB cable.
- When installing 2.5″ SATA and M.2 drives simultaneously, the system will only detect 2.5′ drive.
- This device does not suppor1 drives that use 12V power.
- The drive’s connector might get oxidized over time and causes poor delta detection. It is recommended lo u-se a rubber eraser or alcohol to clean the connector when it happens.
