Instruction of Disassemble & Reassemble the Clock

If the hook is not right on 12 o’clock
We need to take out the 6pcs metal thread spring from the back side.

6pcs metal spring

Please press from both sides of the metal spring to take all spring off

Took all springs off
-
Move the semicircle under the hook

Press the metal springs back

If the hands get stuck, we only need to pull the longer hand to make sure the 2 hands are parallel , then turn the longer minute hand two full cycles to see whether they will touch each other.

If you want to change different color of the hands
-
Unscrew the GOLD NUT (in CCW) by a pair of pliers, then we can take off the hands.

Aligning to 12 O‘clock, insert hour hand into shaft then insert minute hand and screw nut cap back.
