Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Disassembling
- Locate the backside of the clock and identify the 6 metal thread springs.
- Press from one side of the metal spring to release and remove all 6 springs.
Step 2: Removing the Clock Hands
- Using your fingers or a pair of pliers, unscrew the gold cap nut in a counterclockwise direction (CCW).
- Carefully lift and wriggle the clock hands’ round metal area near the shaft to remove both the minute hand and hour hand.
- Once the nut and hands are removed, set them aside.
Step 3: Reassembling the Clock Hands
- Align the clock hands to the noon position.
- Insert the hour hand into the shaft, applying slight pressure to fit it securely.
- Insert the minute hand and screw the nut cap back on.
- Ensure that both hands are parallel and turn them two full cycles to ensure they are not touching each other.
- Note: The hour hand should be pressed tightly, but the minute hand should be loose before screwing the cap nut.
Step 4: Testing and Assembling
- Before assembling the clock, insert AA batteries to test the movement of the hands and gears.
- If the test is successful, put the 6 metal springs back into the back of the frame.
- Complete the assembly by securing the springs in place.

Instruction of Disassemble & Reassemble the Clock

Step 1: We can see there are 6 pieces metal thread spring from the back side. Please press from one side of the metal spring to take all 6 spring out.

Step 2: Unscrew the GOLD CAP NUT (CCW/counterclockwise direction) by our fingers or a pair of pliers. Carefully remove the minute hand and hour hand by lifting and wriggling the clock hand’s round metal area near shaft. Now we take off the nut and hands.

Step 3: Aligning to noon, insert hour hand into shaft (slightly press the middle to fit the shaft), then insert minute hand and screw nut cap back. Keep both hands parallel and turn two full cycles to ensure the hands are not touching each other.
Tips: The hour hand should be pressed tightly, but minute hand is loose before we screwing the Cap Nut; -
Step 4: Put AA batteries to test hands and gears before assembling. Put the 6 metal spring into the back of the frame and assembling completed.
