Mounting Instructions:

Bracket Mounting:

1. Mount the grommet to the screw hole.
2. Bracket mounting is for indoor use only.
3. Mount the bracket kit using the following components:
   • Housing
   • Toothwasher/D6
   • Bracket
   • Flat washer/D6
   • Spring washer/D6
   • Screw/M6
4. Adjust the mounting angle as desired.
5. Lock screws with Allen key-5 (GB/T5356-5) to a torque of 8N.m.

Pipe Mounting:

1. Mount the luminaire to the end of the pipe.
2. Lock the screw with Allen key-2 (GB/T5356-2) to a torque of 2.5N.m.
3. Pipe dimension: 20-25mm
4. A G3/4″ pipe size is required.

WG Mounting:

1. Mount the luminaire using the provided G3/4″ pipe (not provided) or optional accessory BY200Z WG/WG L.
2. Tighten the screw with a torque of 1N.m.

Cable Connection:
Please use an IP65 or above cable connection box (not provided). The inside of the cable connection box should have a fixed device for wire connection. Connect the brown wire to the live wire and the blue wire to the neutral wire. The dimensions for the cable connection box are 40mm x 28mm x 7mm (6-13).

Product Usage Instructions

1. Please read this manual carefully before using the product. Keep the manual for future reference.
2. The luminaire must be installed by a qualified electrician and wired by the latest IEE electrical regulations or national requirements.
3. Do not use the luminaire in explosive atmospheres or areas with explosive dust.
4. The luminaire is not designed for floodlighting and should not be used as a floodlight.
5. Use Z type connection for the luminaire cable. If the wire is broken, the luminaire must be scrapped.
6. Replace any cracked safety screens.
7. Clean the luminaire regularly (recommended twice a year) using a soft cotton cloth only.
8. Avoid exposing the luminaire to corrosive atmospheres or hazardous materials such as sulfur, chlorine, phthalate, etc.
9. The light source should only be replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent, or a similar qualified person.

• Q: Can I use the luminaire outdoors?
  A: No, bracket mounting is for indoor use only. The luminaire is not designed for outdoor use.

• Q: What type of cable connection box should I use?
  A: Use an IP65 or above cable connection box. Please note that the cable connection box is not provided with the luminaire.
