Place the wall bracket in the desired mounting position and align it straight. Mark the drill holes. The go-e Charger must be mounted just below the CEE socket so that little pressure is exerted on the supply line.

Drill holes at the four marked positions.

Attach the wall bracket with four screws and dowels each. Compensate possible unevenness of the wall with spacers.

Hook the g-e Charger into the wall bracket.
Optional: attachment of the anti-theft device (U-piece). -
Integrated DC protection module with DC detection and additional AC detection (6mA DC, 20mA AC). An RCD type A must be installed on the building side. In addition, a miniature circuit breaker must be connected upstream.

When installing multiple units, activate static load balancing via the go-e Charger app (WiFi required)
Commissioning/Charging

Connect the go-e Charger Gemini flex directly to a red CEE socket or to a suitable socket using an original go-e adapter.

The go-e Charger starts and performs a self-test.

The go-e Charger is ready for operation. Five predefined charging levels can be selected via the button (customizable via app).

Connect the go-e Charger and the vehicle via a type 2 charging cable. The Charger is ready for charging and is awaiting release by the car.

During the charging process, the LEDs rotate clockwise around the type 2 socket.

The charging process is completed when the LEDs light up green.
Cancel charging prematurely?
The cable remains locked after the charging process is complete (adjustable
via app).

a For advanced features, you need the go-e Charger app.
b Set up connection via hotspot
- Deactivate mobile data, terminate active WiFi connections
- Scan the QR code of the reset card
- Launch go-e Charger app
- Select Charger and operate locally Alternative connection method?
c Set up connection via WiFi
- Active hotspot connection required
- Tap the „+“ icon in the app
- Select „Initial setup for new go-e Charger“
- Then follow the instructions of the app
- Check under „Advanced settings“ (App tab „Internet“) whether connection to the go-e Cloud is allowed
- Disconnect from the Charger‘s hotspot, connect your smartphone to the internet to control the Charger remotely via mobile data or WiFi.
