How to use

Steps

  • Way 1
    Plug through USB-A or USB-C and charge your mobile device directly.

  • Way 2
    Put your device which Supports the wireless charging function on QP-1010O and press the power button.

  • Way 3

1. Press the power button and QP-10100 starts to charge your devices.
2. Press the power button 2 times, and QP-10100 will stop charging.

Charge for QP-10100

  • Way 1
    Insert the Type-C connector into QP-1010O, and connect the USB with an adapter.

Kindly remind: (1) The power bank QP-10100 also can be charged by other chargers output 5V.

Battery Indicator

  1. Charge for mobile devices: A simple press of the power button The digital display lights up., indicating the remaining power of the QP-1010o
  2. Charging for QP-10100: The one digit of the digital display flashes, indicating that it is charging

Usual Problems and Solution

  1. Can’t charge for this product
    • This product is not properly connected with power supply equipment.
    • This product is a breakdown with the internal circuit.
    • Please contact the after-sale service of Gigastone.
  2. No response with the being charged device
    • QP-1010o is in low power status.
    • Please recharge for QP-10100.
    • The voltage of being charged device is not Compatible with QP-10100.
    • Please check the Voltage of your device.
    • QP-10100 is not properly connected to the device that is being charged.
    • The charging cable and connectors are damaged.
    • Please change them. QP-10100 is a breakdown with the internal circuit.
    • Please contact the after-sale service of Gigastone 3. 5V for each port when QP-10100 charges three devices at a time

Warning

Please be careful with the below items when using powerbank

  1. Please don’t tear open the product.
  2. Don’t expose the powerbank to fire, sun, and other heat sources.
  3. Please don’t knock or crash the product.
  4. When the liquid inside the powerbank spilled out, please keep it away from the skin and eye. If accidently contact the liquid, please wash with clean water and seek a doctor for help.
  5. Keep the product clean.
  6. Please supervise kids when they use a pOwerbank.
  7. Don’t remain a long time charging for the powerbank when not using
  8. Please follow the manual to use the product and correctly charge in for the powerbank.
  9. Please properly dispose of the powerbank when you discard it. T0. Charging temperature iS 15-45 degrees

Warranty Information

  1. For any defect, in the judgment of our technician, caused under normal use, we are responsible for repairing for free of charges 12 months commencing from the date of purchase at the discretion of our company.
  2. A valid warranty voucher or any original purchase invoice must be presented upon request for warranty service.
  3. During the warranty period, this warranty shall not apply to the product if (a) it has been explicitly modified or repaired in any way by any person other than technicians of our Company, or (b) it has been damaged through misuse, malicious acts, negligence, and flow in any liquid, accident or natural calamities.
  4. All conditions refer to the Chinese version.
  5. If any damage causes to your product due to the wrong usage, our company will not take any responsibility.

Limited Warranty

Thank you for purchasing Gigastone QP-10100. Gigastone warrants that the product is free of defects in workmanship and material at the time of its original purchase. This Limited Warranty for the product shall last for 12 months from the date of original purchase. This original warranty card and the original invoice must be presented at the time you require warranty service or such warranty will be voided. his limited warranty is valid only f the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed. It does not apply to damage or loss caused by negligence, physical abuse, misuse, accident, exposure to moisture, dampness, extreme thermal, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized opening or repair, forces of nature, or other actions beyond the reasonable control of Gigastone. In case when the warranty does not apply, a repair or replacement charge will be incurred. The Customer shall be responsible for sending the defective product to the service center and getting back the repaired or replaced product from the service center.
