Product Function Instruction

  1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button for three seconds. When powering on, the power button indicator will flash.

  2. Bluetooth Connection: Turn on Bluetooth on the phone and go to phone’s Bluetooth menu and search for “KMH-9550” to pair with Bluetooth. Once connected successfully, you will hear a prompt sound, and the power button indicator will change from flashing to solid. After the Bluetooth microphone is successfully paired with the phone, it will automatically connect in future use. To disconnect the Bluetooth, please disconnect it from the Bluetooth menu on the phone.

  3. Start Singing. During singing, you can control the start/pause and next/previous track functions from your phone, or you can use the buttons on the microphone to execute these functions.

  4. TWS Pairing
    Step 1: Power on both microphones that will be used for TWS pairing.
    Step 2 : Double-click the power button of one microphone to initiate TWS pairing. At the beginning of the pairing process, the power button light of the microphone will keep flashing.
    Step 3: After the two microphones are successfully paired in TWS mode, you will hear a prompt sound, and the power button indicator will change from flashing to solid.
    Step 4: After TWS pairing is successful, open the Bluetooth menu on your phone and search for the device name “KMH-9550” to complete the Bluetooth connection with the phone.

  5. Key Adjustment: During singing, you can adjust the key of the song with the up/down button.

  6. Echo Adjustment: During singing, you can adjust the echo of the voice with the up/down button.

  7. Voice Change Adjustment: Use the voice change button to change the voice between male, female & original voice. The product defaults to the original sound when powered on.

  8. Vocal Cut: The vocal cut function reduces the original vocal in the original video/audio file.

  9. Mobile Phone Recording:
    Step 1 : Use a “Type-C to Type-C” or “Type-C to Lightning” recording cable with data transfer capability. Connect one end of the cable to the Type-C interface of the microphone and the other end (Type-C or Lightning) to the corresponding port on your phone. When the headphone icon appears on your phone, the connection is successful.
    Step 2: Open a recording app on your phone, such as “Sing! Karaoke” or any other recording app. Choose your favorite song and start recording.
    Step 3: After recording, press the save button. You can then replay the recording to listen to what you recorded.

  10. (10) Playing Music Using the Connection Cable: Use a ‘Type-C to Type-C” or ‘Type-C to Lightning” cable with data transfer capability. Connect one end of the cable to the Type-C interface of the microphone and the other end (Type-C or Lightning) to the corresponding port on your phone. When the headphone icon appears on your phone, the connection is successful. You can then choose your favorite song to play. During use, you cannot control the volume, next/previous track, or play/pause functions through the microphone. You can only control them through the connected phone or other devices.

  11. Playing Music from a Memory Card: In Bluetooth connection mode: Insert a memory card into the Micro SD slot. The microphone will prioritize playing MP3 music from the memory card. You can use the microphone’s power button to switch between play, pause, skip next or previous song. If you exit the memory card mode, the microphone will return to the Bluetooth connection mode. Please note, When a memory card is inserted, Bluetooth search and connection are not available.

  12. Charging using the Type-C Port: When charging, please use a USB-A to USB-C charging cable and a charger that complies with safety regulations (please use a charger below 20 watts) to avoid damaging the Bluetooth microphone.

  13. When using the Bluetooth microphone as a speaker to listen to music, you can first adjust the microphone volume to the minimum and then increase it according to your needs.

Trouble Shooting

Noise when singing| The Bluetooth signal is too weak.| Keep the microphone and mobile phone near within 5 meter so that the Bluetooth signal stronger.
Music interruption under the Bluetooth connection| The microphone is too far from the mobile phone.| Move the microphone closer to the mobile phone and ovoid the obstacle.
Failure of Bluetooth connection|

  1. Bluetooth distance is too far between the microphone and a mobile phone.
  2. Microphone is Bluetooth connected with other mobile phone.
  3. Micro SD cord is in the microphone already.

  2. Disconnect the Bluetooth between microphone and other mobile phone.
  3. Take off the SD card from microphone.

music volume is too small|

  1. The volume of mobile phone is low

  2. Dow nload music file with clear sound.
  3. Raise volume of the microphone music.

High pitched squeals Occur| The microphone is too close with magnetic material, such as microphone speaker.| Since the microphone itself or the mobile phone contain magnetic substances, when setting up TWS function, please keep the two microphones standing upright and the microphone should not be too close to the speaker.
Vocal in the music is weak| Vocal cut function is on.| Turn off the vocal cut function.

This original warranty card and original invoice must be presented at the time you require warranty service or such warranty will be voided. This limited warranty is valid only if the products is used for the purpose for which it was designed. It does not apply to damage or loss caused by negligence, physical abuse ,misuse, accident, exposure to moisture, dampness, extreme thermal, unauthorized, modifications, unauthorized opening or repair, forces of nature, or other actions beyond the reasonable control of Gigaton. In case of when the warranty does not apply, a repair of replacement charge will be incurred. The customer shall be responsible for sending the defective product to the service center and get back the repaired or replaced product from the service center.
