Second, safe matters needing attention

1. please don’t operate the machine in home, avoids suck waste gas, if needs in the room work, please  must pay attention ventilates.
2. (1) The gasoline engine is two strokes engine, the fuel is 93# or above motor petrol and two strokes special machine oil mixtures, the gasoline and the machine oil proportion must be correct, in the initial 20 hours gasoline and the machine oil volume mixture ratio is 20: 1 (gasoline 20: The machine oil 1), it will change to 25:1. {2) The gasoline engine is four stroke, the fuel must use 93# gasoline, before use it, it must refuel four stroke machine oil 0.6L into the engine.
3. because the fuel is the extremely flammable liquid, therefore the fuel deposits the place to have to be far away above machine 1m,revolves when the supplement fuel and the gasoline engine must strictly prohibit the smoke and fire, also when supplement fuel oil must stop the gasoline engine. When supplement fuel when you are not careful nose ovens and overflow, must use the cloth to clean the fuel on the machine.

Third, attentions Before use

1.  Before uses must inspect the machine various spots screw cap nowhither becomes less crowded and has the abnormal phenomenon, please promptly adjusts.
2. maintain machine cleaning , specially around the safety screen, the fuel tank and the Air filter must except any sundry goods.

Fouth, use method

1. When uses first you need connect inlet and outlet pipe on the machine, set at the water inlet pipe web to the submarine 1m deep place.

2. turns down the water filling plug, add full guidance water, screws tight the water filling plug

3. Then pressed with the finger according to the oil pump several times, filled the fuel oil until the ogil return pipe in, acted as lookout the door switch to push sets at the entire pass position, if the engine is at just under the engine off engine condition, then the air throttle switch was in the position which all opened, contracted the machine with the left hand, the right hand draws the starter, started the gasoline engine, again turned on the air throttleto all opens the condition, adjusted the throttling cock to thehigh-speed operation.
   

4. After the machine use finished, first lowers the throttling cock to idle-speed position, then holds down the flameout switch, stop the engine.

5. dismantles the outlet water pipe, blows off the water pipe, after air dries receives sets uses again. Again turns down the water filling plug, blows off the water in the pump body, if in 12 hours no longer use this machine, but also should blow off the fuel oil in the fuel tank of the machine.

6. Finally clean the machine, inspects the machine various parts screw cap nut whether becomes less crowded and has the abnormal phenomenon, gives the adjustment.

Fifth, Machine maintenance

1. igniter plugs: The gasoline engine machine every time works about for 25 hours, must take down the igniter plug, eliminates the carbon-deposit, and readjusts gap between the electrode (0.5~0.6mm).

2. Airlifter: After every time uses for 15 hours, disassemble air filter, with gasoline careful clean, cleaning dry breech loading and fastening.

3. . Carburetor: When every time works for 100 hours with the machine power obvious insufficiency, should clean the carburetor, the disassemble carburetor, with gasoline careful clean, cleaning dry loading and fastening.

4.  if machines do not use for a long time, elimination all the water and all the remains in the pump body, wait the gasoline engine cooled, emits the fuel, according to several oil pumps hat, lets in the tube remaining burn the oil stream to return to the fuel tank, in final aspiration fuel tank all fuel oils. Takes down the igniter plug, pours into several drop of machine oil in the hole. Again lightly pulls up the motion, lets the cylinder read the machine oil, then installs the igniter plug. Eliminates outside the machine the internal organs, inspects the machine various spots. The essential repair, the replacement, the adjustment please entrust the exclusive agency to carry on.
