Usage

Step 1: Turn on the warning light in case of emergency change, park the car near the level (no more than 6 degrees), pull it well, and pad the tire with tire trimming or other antiskid materials to ensure that the car can be braked safely.
Step 2: Connect the electric jack to the 12V power supply through the following two ways
(1) Use the cigarette lighter connection to insert the cigarette lighter head line I into the cigarette lighter of the car, The other is inserted into the electric jack control handle socket. (Note: the rated current of fuse of cigar lighter shall not be less than 12A) (as shown in Figure 1).

(2) (Recommended) Direct connection of vehicle battery: when the fuse current of cigar lighter is less than 12a, insert the plug line of cigar lighter into the socket of cigar lighter with live clamp I, and clamp the red clamp on the battery” (positive) and connect the Black clamp with the battery” – “(negative), Then insert another cigarette lighter plug into the electric jack control handle socket (At this time, the vehicle shall be in working state) (as shown in Figure 2).

Step 3: Select the appropriate Jack head according to the vehicle model, and rotate and fix the high head of the round hole installed on the top of the dry Jack.
Step 4 : According to the instructions provided by the automobile manufacturer, Align the jack’s top block with the appropriate position at the bottom of the vehicle (Usually placed on the steel beam under the body near the tire change) (shown in Figure 3).

Step 5 : Press and hold “a” on the control switch to slowly jack up the body until the vehicle’s tires are magic open.
Step 6 : After the car folding repair is completed, press and hold V on the control handle to timely lower the jack to the starting state (shown in Figure 4).

Replacement of the fuse:
when the electric jack is overloaded, the fuse of the cigarette lighter plug may be blown as follows:

  1. Unscrew the metal part at the front of the cigarette lighter plug anticlockwise.
  2. Take out the blown fuse and replace the fuse with the same specification as the original one.
  3. Screw the metal part unscrewed in a clockwise direction.

Note: The fuse to be replaced must be consistent with the specification of the original fuse. It is not allowed to increase or reduce the current level of the fuse arbitrarily, nor to replace it with other conductive materials.

Maintenance:

  1. Do not disassemble or repair this set of tools without permission. If there is any fault, please send it to the dealer or manufacturer for maintenance.
  2. Add lubricating oil to the electric jack screw rod regularly.
  3. Do not change the product structure without permission, otherwise it will easily cause safety accidents.
  4. Keep it clean and dry after each use.

For your safety.

Before operation, please read carefully and make sure to understand all contents in this manual.

  1. Overload application is absolutely prohibited. This product is only applicable to small and medium-sized vehicles (vehicles within 3T) and does not support other heavy lifting operations, The manufacturer shall not be responsible for the consequences caused by wrong use.

  2. The electric dry Jack must be used on a flat and firm ground.

  3. In order to ensure sufficient power, it is best to start the vehicle when changing the tire.

  4. When the electric dry jack is used for jacking operation, please do not close to the body or touch the magnetic field with your fingers to avoid personal injury.

  5. In the process of the electric dry Jack jacking, it is suddenly unable to continue to work, Insert the handle into the small hole behind the gearbox cover, turn the handle anticlockwise for descending (it is forbidden to use the handle for jacking) (Fig. 1)

  6. When using the battery clamp to directly take power from the car battery (the power supply is DC 12V), the positive and negative poles must not be reversed.
    Fig. 1

  7. This electric jack is not a continuous use tool. It is only used to change tires in case of emergency. It is not supported to use it in vehicle maintenance and repair.

  8. Make sure that the wire will not be wound during operation. Do not drag the wire to move the dry Jack.

  9. Never let children operate the electric jack. Do not let children approach the jack workplace

  10. The jack shall be used on the firm ground as far as possible.

  11. Block the wheels and don’t let anyone stay in the jacked vehicle.

  12. No one shall place any part of his body under the vehicle supported by a jack.

  13. The maximum load of this Jack must be less than 3T.

  14. Gradually lower when using, otherwise, the lifting mechanism will slide down on the base plate, so that the vehicle will fall.

Troubleshooting:

Problem Reason Method
The jack can not be raised or lowered normally or the jack is deformed A.
check the fuse of cigarette lighter A. replace the fuse wire with a new fuse

wire
B. check whether the interface of cigarette lighter is correctly connected with the current output| B. interface and check whether the dry jack can not lift normally or the dry jack is deformed
C: overload| C. reduce the load
D. check whether the battery car is too low| DryD. replace the battery
E. check whether the
positive and negative battery clamps are correctly connected to the power| E. reconnect the power supply correctly
