Product Usage Instructions
Section 1: Wing Assembly
- Take the completed wings with spars installed.
- Use Thin CA glue to trim tabs to separate.
- Apply Medium CA glue to attach L+R 4 pcs .8mm x 500mm (Aileron wing supports) on both sides.
Section 2: Aileron Bracing
- Use Thin CA glue to attach L+R .5mm x3mm x 100mm braces on both wings.
- Attach 2 pcs .8mm x 500mm (horizontal fuse runners) using Medium CA glue.
- Attach .5mm x 3mm x85mm braces on both wings using Thin CA glue.
- Grab the 1 pc of .5mm x 3mm x 330 cut to 85mm & 100mm. The rest of the cut should be 115mm in length and used for Step #31).
Section 3: Control Horn and Tube
- Apply Thin CA glue to cut tube pieces and check fitment. Sand if necessary to ensure there is no binding in guides.
- Slide control horn into place without gluing it yet.
- Attach 2 pc’s .8mm x 500mm fuse lateral truss bracing on both sides using Medium CA glue.
Section 4: Vertical Top Fuse Brace
- Attach 1 pc .5mm x 3mm x 115mm (left over cut from step #12) using Thin CA glue.
Section 5: Wing Strut Braces
- Attach 2 pcs .5mm x 3mm x 200mm wing strut braces on both sides using Medium CA glue.
Section 6: Landing Gear Assembly
- Attach 2 pcs 1.5mm x 2.5mm x 225mm (landing gear legs) using Thin CA glue.
- Attach 2 pcs 1.5mm x 275mm landing gear braces on both sides using Medium CA glue.
Section 7: Control Rod Assembly
- Cut 1.5mm x 30mm axle rods to 12mm in length.
- Attach the axle rods using Medium CA glue.
- Cut 1 pc 1.5mm x 40mm control rod assembly in half to get two 20mm pieces.
- Attach the control rod assembly using Thin CA glue.
Section 8: Finishing Touches
- Use Thin CA glue to attach clips to secure various parts.
- Trim the .8mm x 500 (Elevator push rod) to the desired length.
- Use Thin CA glue to attach heat shrink tubes and secure with clips.
- Cut 2 pcs 1.2mm x 200 (around 190mm) and attach using Thin CA glue.
- Trim the .8mm x 500 (elevator push rod) to the desired length.
- Use Thin CA glue to attach clips and secure the push rod.
