Summary

  • thank You For Purchasing The Product! Please Read This Operating Instruction Carefully Before Using This Product, And Keep It Properly.
  • the Shelf Life Of This Product ls One Year From The Date Of Purcha sing This Product.
  • It ls Not Included In The “three Guarantees” Category Under Any Of The Following Circumstances: If The Validity Period Of The “three Guarantees” Expires, lt ls Damaged Due To Failure To Use, Maintain And Keep The Products According To The Requirements Of The Product Instruction Manual; Damage Caused By Dismantling By Unauthorized Personnel Or Damage Caused By Using Spare Parts Not Produced By The Company.
  • If The Customer Can Comply With The General Electrical Safety Rules And The Requirements Covered In This Manual, Then The Work Is Safe.

Before installation

  • Vibration motors must be installed only by professionals.

  • The vibration motor can be installed in any position and direction. Please hold the vibration motor and install it on a plane with acerta in strength to ensure the damage and breakage caused during vibration. If the conditions are limited, please use a flat plate with reinforcing ribs. The plane used for the installation of the vibration motor must be flat to ensure that the foot of the vibration motor can completely fit with the installation plane and prevent the foot of the vibration motor from breaking due to internal stress.

  • Please fix the vibration motor with screws and nuts with perfor mance grade 8.8 or higher, and tighten with torque wrench according to the data in Table 1.
Note: Many problems and errors are caused by incorrect installation and fastening.

  • Before starting the vibration motor and the first 24 hours after operation, please check the welding of the fixing bolt of the vibration motor, the reinforcing plate and the reinforcing rib.

Electrical connection

  • Electrical connection must be made by relevant professionally trained personnel, and can be implemented only when the power Supply is turned off and the equipment is grounded.
  • The wiring of power supply and vibration motor must conform to the existing local authoritative safety standards.
  • Check the main power supply voltage to ensure that it is consistent with the rated voltage on the nameplate.
  • The power supply must be cut off during maintenance or comp onent adjustment. Repair or replacement of parts must be carried out by professionals. For single-phase vibration motors, the Capacitance must match the value required on the nameplate.
  • Please use a flexible four-core cable. When connecting the vibrating motor, the yellow-green wire (green wire in America) is used for grounding, and the grounding wire must be the longest of the four wires to prevent the grounding wire from being broken first in case of accidents.
  • Too long cable can easily cause voltage drop.
  • Electrical wiring must be carried out by electricians, and the power supply must be cut of before operation.
  • Check the voltage and current to ensure that the actual data is consistent with the nalne plate rated data.
  • When the vibration motors are installed on the equipment in pairs, each vibration motor must be connected with the corresponding overload protection device, and the overload protection device must be interlocked to prevent the other vibration motor from running after one vibration motor suddenly stops.
  • The setting of overload protection device shall not exceed 10% of nameplate data, otherwise the quality assurance will be omitted

Operate

  • Vibration motors must be operated by qualified personnel.
  • When installing or disassembling overload or ground prote ction device, the power supply of vibration motor must be disconnected. maintain
  • Vibration motors must be maintained by qualified personnel.
  • The vibration motor must be disconnected for maintenance.

Operating conditions of vibrating motor

  • The ambient temperature varies with seasons, but generally it should not exceed -20 C ~+40C.
  • Altitude: no more than 1000m.
  • Frequency: 60 Hz (it can also be designed and manufactured according to the special requirements of users. Pay attention to the data marked on the nameplate corresponding to the power supply).
  • Insulation grade: main body H grade, wiring cavity F grade.
  • protection level: P65
  • Working mode: S1 (continuous)
PHENOMENON POSSIBLE REASON SOLUTION
The vibrator does not function 1) No connection
2) Mechanical block 1)Check mains suppiy Check wiring

2)Check shaft movement
Temperature rise (overheating)| 1)Extremely large vibration
2) Incorrect voltage 3)operating ambient temperature| 1) Check the selection standard of vibration motor and reduce vibration force.
2) Check whether the rated voltage is reached.
3)Return to the extreme ambient temperature .
Increase noise| 1)Loose fixing screw
2) Bearing noise| 1) Check the fixing screws
2) Replace the bearing if necessary.
