Product Usage Instructions
Installation Scheme
The installation scheme may vary depending on the type of vessel. Follow the steps below:
- Position the dome in a suitable location.
- Connect the Ethernet cable from the dome to the SIM Injector.
- If desired, connect an Ethernet cable from the SIM Injector to the LAN.
- Connect the power cable to the +/- 12V DC power source.
Mounting the SIM Injector
Use one of the recommended mounts (PA-40, PA-83, or PA-42) to securely install the SIM Injector. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions provided with the mount.
Optional Accessory: PI-5
If you wish to install the SIM Injector in a hidden position, you can use the optional accessory PI-5. Follow the steps below:
- Drill a mounting hole of M21 with a cutoff of 19.2mm.
- Attach the PI-5 using the provided screws.
- Connect the flexible tape with SIM card connector to the SIM Injector.
- Secure the IP67 cap to protect the SIM card slot.
