Kinetic Secure Home App

  1. Access or download your Go Kinetic app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Scan this QR code to get started:http://onelink.to/jdz9j8
  2. Log in to your Go Kinetic app if you are an existing customer; create your password if you are a new customer.
  3. Locate Kinetic Secure Home under the services tab.
  4. You can also download the Kinetic Secure Home mobile app for iOS or Android directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Setup Instructions

  1. Insert the USB into the camera power port and wait 30 seconds for the camera to initialize. The indicator light will blink.
  2. Press and hold the RESET button. The camera will sound the voice prompt “Ready to Setup.”
  3. In the Kinetic Secure Home app, tap “Add New Device,” then select HD Camera.
  4. Make sure your phone is connected to your home’s WiFi. When prompted, input your WiFi password into the Kinetic Secure Home app. The app will then generate a QR code on your device.
  5. Use the camera to scan this code. The camera will sound the voice prompt “QR Code Scanned.”
  6. The camera will reboot to connect to your home WiFi. This process will take up to two minutes. When the camera’s connection is successful, it will say “Setup Completed.”
  7. Name your camera in the Kinetic Secure Home app.
  8. Repeat these steps for each additional camera, as prompted in the Kinetic Secure Home app.

Camera Placement

  1. The camera has a 125 ft. range and should be installed within 125 ft. of your WiFi router or WiFi extender.
  2. The camera swivels on its magnetic base to your preferred viewing angle. The live view can be rotated 180 degrees, allowing for ceiling mounting.
  3. The camera has a 110-degree field of view. To prevent false motion alerts, it should not point towards windows.

Light Explanation

Yellow (solid) – Power on, initializing
Yellow (flashing) – Ready to connect
Yellow & Blue (flashing) – Connecting to the application
Blue (flashing) – Finishing setup
Blue (solid) – Setup complete, camera connected successfully
