LED Strip Light Emergency Power Supply provides emergency lighting for the LED
strips MFlex and SafeLight in the event of a power outage.
These operating instructions must be read before use and must be kept for
future reference.

Used electrical and electronic products, including all types of batteries, must be delivered for recycling at a separate collection point. (acc. to directive 2012/19/EU and 2006/66/EC).
INSTALLATION
- Connect only to M-Flex or SafeLight LED strip.
- Can be screwed to the substrate.
- Let the module charge for at least 12 hours before use.
CHARGE
- The battery in the emergency light module is charged when it is connected to power. The LED strip does not need to be connected in order to charge the battery.
- If the module gets hot, stop charging and disconnect the LED strip. Allow the battery to cool down before continuing charging battery.
STORAGE
- Avoid contact with corrosive substances and do not expose the module to heat or fire.
- The battery should be charged before storage.
- Avoid storing empty battery.
- Recommended storage temperature is 0 to 30°C.
SERVICE
- When changing the battery, the voltage must not be connected.
- The battery should be charged within 6 months for maintenance.
FUNCTION / AREA OF USE
In the event of a power outage, the emergency light module will switch to
battery operation and the LED light will illuminate at 10% of the original
brightness. The device is approved for use in both dry and humid environments.
With a fully charged battery, the unit will provide 1 + 1 hour of emergency
lighting. After 1 hour, the unit switches off automatically. If a new voltage
drop occurs, the unit will be active for another 1 hour. The battery function
must be tested regularly.
LED INDICATOR
The emergency light module is equipped with an LED indicator that shows the
status of the device.
Red constant light: The device is charging.
Green constant light: The device is fully charged.
Flashes green (1Hz): Power disconnected – Emergency function is in operation.
Green rapid flash (3Hz): Monthly self-check status.
Green rapid flash (5Hz): Annual self-check mode.
Red flash: System error. Service required.
If the emergency function is in operation and the green light stops
illuminating, the battery is empty.
WARNING
- Do not immerse the device in water.
- Do not store the unit near fire or a heater.
- Do not attempt to modify the device.
- Do not place the unit in a pressure chamber or expose it to microwave rays.
- Do not use the device if it emits a strong odor, generates heat, becomes discolored, deformed or acts abnormally in any way. Disconnect the power supply and the connected LED strip immediately and discontinue use.
- Let the battery fully discharge before sending it for return handling. Do not mix in lead-acid battery recycling, ask your recycling station if you are unsure.
- Keep the battery away from children and pets.
