complements your kitchen and lifestyle. Welcome to smart and simple design,
where with the light touch of a button, you can dispense three temperatures of
water. Cold, hot or cool – you choose whatever temperature you need.

To reduce risk of injury and property damage, user must read this entire guide
before assembling, installing & operating dispenser.
Failure to execute the instructions i this manual can cause personal injury or
property damage. Models that heat water dispense at very high temperatures.
Failure to use properly can cause personal injury.
When operating this dispenser, always exercise basic safety precautions,
including the following:
- Prior to use, this dispenser must be properly assembled and installed in accordance with this manual.
- This dispenser is intended for water dispensing only. Do NOT use other liquids. Do NOT use for other purposes. Never use any liquid in the dispenser other than known and microbiologically safe bottled water.
- For indoor use only. Keep water dispenser in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do NOT use outdoors.
- Install and use only on a hard, flat and level surface.
- Do NOT place dispenser into an enclosed space or cabinet.
- Do NOT operate dispenser in the presence of explosive fumes.
- Position back of dispenser no closer than & inches from wall and permit free airflow between wall and dispenser. There must be at least 4 inches clearance on the sides of the dispenser to permit airflow.
- The dispenser is intended to be plugged into a ground fault interrupting receptacle.
- Do not use an extension cord with your water dispenser.
- Always grasp plug and pull straight out from outlet. Never unplug by pulling on power cord.
- Do NOT use dispenser if cord becomes frayed or otherwise damaged.
- To protect against electric shack, do NOT immerse cord, plug, or any other part of dispenser in water or other liquids.
- Ensure dispenser is unplugged prior to cleaning.
- Never allow children to dispense hot water without proper and direct supervision. Unplug unit to prevent unsupervised use by children.
- Do not dispense hot water if water bottle is empty.

Note: This dispenser performs best in elevations below 6,000 ft. Using this dispenser in elevations above 6,000 ft may decrease the performance and the product life of this dispenser. For more specific information, please contact customer service at 844-23-PRIMO.
QUICK START GUIDE

Place the dispenser on a level floor surface in the desired location in your home. Product is intended for indoor use only.
[Note: Do NOT plug power cord into wall outlet until instructed.] -
Position dispenser so the back is at least 4 inches from wall and there are at least 4 inches of clearance on both sides.

Clean probe with a damp cloth and dish soap. [Visit PrimoWater.com for detailed cleaning instructions.) Place probe assembly on hanger inside door to keep it clean.

Grab a bottle of Primo® water (sold separately) and fully remove the cap. Insert probe assembly into bottle.
Press firmly to secure assembly over bottle opening.
For 3-gallon bottles, squeeze the tabs on the top of the probe assembly to separate the probe cap from the collar and press the collar securely over the bottle opening. -
Slide bottle inside the cabinet and close cabinet door.
[Note: Water will not pump from bottle unless door is fully closed.] -
Plug dispenser into a ground fault circuit interrupting (GFCI) outlet. You will hear the dispenser begin to pump water to fill the internal hot and cold reservoirs.

Turn on desired functions by flipping the switches on the back of the dispenser to the ON position.
Green – chills water
Red – heats water -
Once the dispenser has stopped filling the internal reservoirs, dispense and dispose at least
1 quart (approximately
2 pint glasses) of water from the cold, cool, and hot spouts. -
Your water will be ready to dispense fully chilled in approximately 1 hour or piping – hot in approximately 12 minutes.

Smart Touch Water Dispenser
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
DISPENSING COLD WATER
- Water will take approximately 1 hour after initial set up to become completely chilled. Cooling light will turn off once the water has been fully chilled.
Touch the cold water icon to unlock, then touch dispense control to dispense cold water.
For non-stop dispensing, touch and hold icon for three seconds. Dispense control will flash. Touch dispense control to start dispensing, touch again to stop.
DISPENSING COOL WATER
- Touch the cool water icon to unlock, then touch dispense control to dispense cool water.
- For non-stop dispensing, touch and hold icon for three seconds. Dispense control will flash. Touch dispense control to start dispensing, touch again to stop.
DISPENSING HOT WATER
- Water will take approximately 12 minutes after initial set up to reach its hottest temperature. Heating light will turn off once the water has been fully heated.
- Touch and CONTINUOUSLY HOLD the hot water icon to unlock, then touch dispensing control to dispense hot water Release to stop dispensing.
CAUTION: This unit dispenses water at temperatures that can cause severe
burns. Avoid direct contact with hot water. Keep children and pets away from
the unit while dispensing. Never allow children to dispense hot water without
proper and direct supervision. Disable the heating feature by switching the
heating convenience switch on the back of the unit to the off position or
unplug the unit. Product is intended for water dispensing only. Do not use
with other liquids
LOCK-OUT FUNCTION
Touch and hold the hot and cold icons for three seconds to lock the touch
controls. All icons will flash three times, indicating unit is locked and no
water can be dispensed. If controls are touched, the icons will flash three
times. To unlock, press and hold the hot and cold icons for three seconds.
Allicons will flash three times indicating unit is unlocked and the dispenser
will resume normal operation.
REPLACING THE BOTTLE
When your bottle is empty, the empty bottle light will flash. To prevent
freeze-up or over-heating, the dispenser will not heat or cool water when the
bottle light is flashing. Replace the bottle as s00n as possible to re-enable
cooling and heating.
- Open dispenser cabinet door and slide empty bottle out of cabinet.
- Remove probe assembly from the empty bottle and place it on the probe hanger.
- Set empty bottle aside.
- Remove the entire plastic cap from the new bottle.
- Place probe into the new bottle and slide the collar down until it clicks into place. Press on the top of the probe until the tube touches the bottom of the bottle. For 3-gallon bottles, squeeze the tabs on the top of the probe assembly to separate the probe cap from the collar and press the collar securely over the bottle opening.
- Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the door.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
For best taste, performance, and hygiene, clean your cabinet, controls, bottle
probe and spout each time you replace your water bottle. Use a clean, soft
cloth and food grade sanitizer or bleach.
Empty and clean drip tray as needed. Clean the cold reservoir at least once

Primo® Water Dispenser Limited Warranty (“Warranty”)
Primo Water North America (Primo) warrants your Primo® Water Dispenser
(Dispenser’) pursuant to the following terms and conditions.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
Primo wartants to the original purchaser of the Dispenser, and to no other
person, that ts Dispenser, including all component parts, are free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date
of purchase, as stated below.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Warranty does not cover the following:

Damage or failure caused by normal wear and tear;

Damage orfailure caused by improper installation or assembly, which includes afailure to instal or assemble the Dispenser in accordance with the instructions in the User’s Manual;

Damage or failure caused by improper operation, which includes a faiure to operate the
-
Dispenser in accordance with the instructions in the User’s Manual:
-
Damage or failure caused by improper maintenance, which includes:
– Improper maintenance or service by you o any third party; or
– Afailure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the Dispenser in accordance with the instructions in the User’s Manual -
Damage or failure resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, aiteration, or misapplication; or
-
Damage to the finish of the Dispenser occurring after purchase, including but not limited to scratches, dents, discoloration, or rust
What Is The Period Of Coverage (“Warranty Period”)?
The Warranty Period for Dispensers runs for one (1) year from the date of
purchase.
Implied wartanties, including the implied warranty of merchantabilty and the
implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, for the Primo® Water
Dispensers are subject to the same one (1) year duration discussed above. Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, 5o the
above limitation may not apply to you
What Will Primo Do To Correct Problems?
If Primo confirms, after examination of the Dispenser or any component
part,that you have a valid Warranty cleim based on the terms set forth herein,
at Primo’s sole discretion, Primo will repair or replace the Dispenser or
component part without charge.
How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?
To obtain Warranty service, and before returning any parts, contact Primo’s
Customer Service Department online at https://primowater.com/contact-us/ or
by telephone at 844-237-7466.
To qualify for Warranty service, you may be required to ship your Dispenser or
component parts toPrimo. Shipment fees for retum of the Dispenser or component
parts to Primo must be prepaid by you. If Primo determines that you have a
valid Warranty daim, Primo will return the repaired Dispenser or replacement
parts to you, freight or postage prepaid by Primo. I, after examination of the
Dispenser or any component part, Primo determines that you do not have a valid
Warranty claim, Primo will either retain the Dispenser or component pars, or
return the Dispenser or component parts to you, at your discretion. If you
request that Primo retum the Dispenser or component parts to you, Primo will
bill you for the shipment costs incurred by Primo If you purchased your
Dispenser outside of the continental US. (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto
Rico), you may be required to retum your Dispenser or component parts to the
original point of purchase If Primo determines that you have a valid Warranty
daim, Primo wil return the repaired Dispenser or replacement parts toyou,
freight or postage prepaid by Primo.
Will I Need Proof of Purchase To Obtain Warranty Service?
Primo may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase from an authorized
retailer or distributor prior to offering service nder this Warranty.
Therefore, you should retain your receipt, order confirmation, sales sfip,or
invoice. Please also register your Dispenser at https://primowater.com
/product-registration/.
Do Any Other Warranties Apply To My Dispenser?
Primo offers no other warranties on ts Dispensers beyond those set forth in
this Warranty. No other warranty, oral or witten, is authorized or has been
given by Primo to the original purchaser Primo disclaims all warranties for
products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or
distributors.
Can I Transfer This Warranty To Someone Else?
This Warranty is extended to the fist retail purchaser only and is not
transferable.
What Remedies Do I Have Under This Warranty?
THE ABOVE REMEDIES SHALL BE YOUR SOLE REMEDIES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS
WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT WILL PRIMO’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DISPENSER.
FURTHER PRIMO SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER
PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
PRIMO ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY THIRD
PARTEES.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of inddental, punitive,
or consequential damages, 5o the above limitation or exclusion may not apply
to you

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.
