BEFORE FIRST USE

  • Let the device stand for 4 hours on a stable surface before using it for the first time.
  • Clean all parts of the ice cream maker that will come into contact with the ice cream: the removable bowl, the mixing spatula and the lid. Dry the parts thoroughly before using them.

USE

PREPARING THE INGREDIENTS

  1. Make the preparation of the ingredients according to the recipe you want to make.
  2. Pour the preparation into the removable bowl.
    • Attention: the total volume of the ingredients should not exceed 800 ml. The ice cream still expands when turned.
    • Attention: it is not necessary to put the bowl in the freezer beforehand. Thanks to the built-in compressor, the ice cream maker freezes itself while the ice cream is rotating.

ASSEMBLE

  1. Make sure the plug is not plugged in.
  2. Place the ice cream machine on a flat, stable surface.
  3. Place the removable bowl into the fixed bowl in the machine.
  4. Place the mixing spatula in the removable bowl by sliding the mixing spatula over the shaft in the bowl so that it falls into position.
  5. Place the clear lid on the bowl and turn it counterclockwise to lock in place.

MAKING ICE CREAM

  1. Plug in the power cord.
  2. Using the selection button, choose the desired program:
  • You can use the mix function to mix the ingredients a little better (without refrigeration).
  • You use the ice cream function to prepare ice cream. The appliance will mix and cool.
  • The cooling function is used once the preparation has reached a firmer consistency and when you notice that the mixing spatula is no longer rotating smoothly. Remove the mixing spatula and let the ice cream continue to harden. • While mixing, you can add additional ingredients through the filler opening in the lid.

SELF-PROTECTION FUNCTION OF THE MOTOR
When the ice cream becomes too hard, the motor may become blocked.
The self-protection function then causes the motor to stop automatically.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

  • Always turn off the unit before cleaning the unit.
  • Clean the housing with a damp cloth and some mild detergent.
  • Wash the following loose parts in warm water with detergent: transparent lid and the removable bowl.

RECIPES

Time in the ice cream maker (function ) : +/- 45 minutes
Time in the ice cream maker (function ) : +/- 30 minutes
You will get the best results when you pour the preparation into the removable bowl as cool as possible. Then cool and mix until you have a thicker mixture. At that point, remove the mixing spatula and turn on the cooling function, so the preparation will only get harder. Of course, the ice cream will be harder on the outside than on the inside. This is normal. You can always store homemade ice cream in the freezer. Cover the preparation with foil to prevent ice crystals.
