Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can I tell when the battery in my wireless earbuds is full?
When your earbuds are plugged in and charging, the charging case will blink red. The light will cease flickering and remain a solid red color when it is completely charged.

  • Why does one of my really wireless earphones only function?
Depending on your audio settings, headphones might only play in one ear. So, make sure the mono option is off in your audio properties by checking your audio properties. Make sure the voice levels on both earbuds are balanced as well.

  • What does the blue light on earphones imply when they are charging?
The battery is charged if the exterior blue light is on. It can charge your headphones up to ten times, according to the user’s instructions.

  • Should I always have earbuds on hand?
Yes; the goal is to always keep them in the case, save for when you’re actually utilizing them. Since having them full when you start using them is the only way to reduce the likelihood that they will run out of charge before you are finished, they will now charge while they are in there unless they are already full.

  • My Bluetooth headphones won’t connect, why?
Go to Settings > System > Advanced> Reset Options > Reset Wi-fi, mobile, & Bluetooth on Android devices. For iOS and iPadOS devices, you’ll need to unpair every device first, then restart your phone or tablet by going to Settings > Bluetooth, selecting the info icon, then selecting Forget This Device for each device.

  • Why won’t my earbuds link with one another?
If the battery in your headphones is low, they might not be able to pair. Additionally, I’ve discovered that certain Bluetooth headphones stay on when in the case, which causes them to deplete to zero percent more quickly than you would expect. Even if they claim to have some battery left, try plugging them in and giving them a thorough charge before pairing.

  • My wireless earphones won’t connect; why?
On your device, disable Bluetooth. Earbuds will automatically turn on when you remove them from the case. To manually sync them, double-press the left and right earbuds at the same time. NOTE: Give it another shot if it doesn’t work the first time.

  • Why doesn’t the left wireless earbud work?
Your wireless earphones might only work on one side since the initial setup of the earbuds may not have gone smoothly. Other causes include a glitch (which necessitates a manual reset), the necessity to Bluetooth reconnect to your other device, and genuine hardware damage.

  • What do the lights on my earbuds actually mean?
The battery indicator lights show whether your earbuds and charging case are currently charging. The battery indicator light for the earbuds is within the charging case, while the battery indicator light for the charging case itself is situated on the front.

  • My earbuds are blinking red and blue—why?
They are currently in pairing or discovery mode. This indicates that your headphones are trying to connect to another Bluetooth device. When in pairing mode, headphones occasionally make an attempt to connect to another device but are unsuccessful. They blink red and blue to alert you that there is a problem while pairing.
