Xianghengda X13 Bluetooth Headsets

Introductions

  • Welcome to the use of bluetooth headsets made by our company.
  • Please kindly read the manual carefully to make you skilled to use it.
  • Please do not disassemble it. Please use the standard charger and charge cable in order not to damage the Bluetooth headset.

Pairing method

  1. Long press the function button to turn it on, then the red and blue lights flash alternately.

  2. Open the phone Bluetooth and click on the search device. The Bluetooth name is X13.

  3. Click on the X13 link after searching.
    There will be a ‘Connected’ tone.

  4. If the connection is not successful, repeat the operation.

Answer, hang up, reject, redial

  1. Answer the incoming call: When calling, short press the multi-function button to answer the call once.
  2. Hang up: When making a call or in a call, press the multi-function button once.
  3. Reject the call: When the phone rings, press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second to reject the call.
  4. Redial: Press the multi-function button twice quickly to redial the last call made by the phone. Play music, volume adjustment, up and down adjustment

Voice switching

  • Turn on the Bluetooth headset. When the phone is not connected (turn off the Bluetooth First and double-click the multi-function button to switch between Chinese and English.
  1. Play music: After opening the mobile music player, short press the multi-function key to play/pause.
  2. Volume Adjustment: When talking or playing music, long press volume +,-can adjust the volume, when you hear the Beep say the volume is turned up to the maximum or minimum
  3. Up and down music: When playing music, Short press volume +,-key can adjust up and down music.

Charging

  • Charging power supply: AC input 110-240 V~50/60Hz DC output 5V
  • Charging time: about 2 hours

Troubleshooting

  • I heard the sound of [Kaka]. Because the protocol distance of Bluetooth is empty, it can reach 10M in the case of barrier-free. Among them, the human body is always the biggest interference obstacle for Bluetooth headsets. We recommend that you wear the headphones on the same side of the mobile phone to achieve the best results.
  • The phone is not connected to the headset?
    • Please make sure the Bluetooth headset is turned on.
    • Please make sure the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is in the search state.
    • Please make sure that the Bluetooth headset is not connected to other mobile phones.
  • If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please try the following:
  • A. Recharge the headset and automatically reset the headset.
  • B, restart the phone
  • C. Start the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone and delete the previous pairing history.
  • D. Reconnect the Bluetooth headset to your phone.
