Liver Cleanse Drug
THE 21ST CENTURY HAS BECOME AN ERA OF BIOCHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY.
ADVANCING KNOWLEDGE AND METHODS HAVE CREATED A SHIFT WITHIN THE HEALTHCARE
INDUSTRY.
WHERE VITAMINS WERE ONCE THE CELEBRITIES, ENZYMES ARE NOW TAKING THE
SPOTLIGHT.
Health Maintenance” is not just a slogan.
It is first and foremost an action, and perhaps the most important one.
- Over the last century, there have been dramatic changes in all aspects of our lives, and consequently both our external and internal environments are in crisis. Our bodies have suffered the pressure of change, of development, of industry, often without our awareness. In order to fully embrace this modern life and its challenges, we have to strengthen the body and cultivate health.
GENERAL INFORMATION
This document is a step-by-step guide to the liver cleanse. It includes the
drinking times for the liver detox enzyme supplements and all additional
information.
Cleansing the liver can be one of the most important steps taken to a well-
functioning healthy lifestyle. The liver is a filter responsible for
eliminating anything from within the body that doesn’t belong there.
The liver regulates most chemical levels in the blood and excretes a product
called bile. This helps carry away waste products from the liver. All the
blood leaving the stomach and intestines passes through the liver. The liver
breaks down and processes this blood, creating nutrients, and also metabolizes
drugs into forms that are easier to use for the rest of the body (or that are
nontoxic). More than 500 vital functions have been identified with the liver.
Some of the more well-known functions include the following:
- Production of bile, which helps carry waste away, and break down fats in the small intestine during digestion
- Production of certain proteins for blood plasma
- Production of cholesterol and special proteins to help carry fats through the body
- Conversion of excess glucose into glycogen for storage (glycogen can later be converted back into to glucose for energy), and to balance and make glucose as needed
- Regulation of blood levels of amino acids, which form the building blocks of proteins
- Processing of hemoglobin for use of its iron content (the liver stores iron)
- Conversion of poisonous ammonia to urea (urea is an end product of protein metabolism and is excreted in the urine)
- Clearing the blood of drugs and other poisonous substances
- Regulating blood clotting
- Resisting infections by making immune factors and removing bacteria from the bloodstream
- Clearance of bilirubin, also from red blood cells. If there is an accumulation of bilirubin, the skin and eyes turn yellow.
When the liver has broken down harmful substances, its byproducts are excreted into the bile or blood. Bile byproducts enter the intestine and leave the body in feces. Blood byproducts are filtered by the kidneys, and leave the body in the form of urine.
As you can see, the hepatic system is crucial to keep a good health. In simple
terms, the liver is a filter and requires maintenance otherwise unwanted
matter ends up being released into your blood stream and body tissues, and
other metabolic functions end up being affected.
PREPARATION
To ensure a comfortable cleansing experience, we recommend to eat lightly the
evening before. Good choices are juices, soups or salads. Go for low-protein
options that are easy for the body to digest.
EQUIPMENT
If you intend to examine the matter that will be released, make sure that you
a basket to collect it and disposable gloves.
WATER
Water should be warm: not hot, not cold!
If you have a thermos, prepare some (40) warm water so when the time comes
you can just pour a portion of water and add the enzymes. 40 is the
temperature at which the enzyme power is optimum. If the water is too hot, it
kills the enzymes. Prepare the
warm water just like a comfortable bath. No need to use a thermometer, just
warm enough so you can drink the whole glass in one gulp.
MIXING YOUR DRINKS
The enzyme and water solutions need to be shaken vigorously before drinking.
The best choice being a lidded jar with a large opening.
RELAXATION
Take this day to focus on yourself. We recommend making time to relax, sleep
if you need to, and step away from any stress at work or home. Listen to your
body and get in touch with what is happening there.
MOVEMENT
It is a good idea to include some light movement during your day. This could
be walking, yoga, tai chi or any other form of exercise that will open the
body, and encourage movement of the digestive system. Avoid exercises that are
too physically exerting.
PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL CLEANSING
Physical processes such as this cleanse also initiate psycho-emotional
processes. During your cleansing day, it may happen that unexpected emotions
arise. Please see if you can approach these as a gift. Take time to feel and
reflect on what exactly is happening in your life right now. Are there any
emotional tensions or blocks that you would like to let go of? If you feel
this is an important aspect for you, make time in your day to do some
journaling and/or meditative work.

7:00pm | At this time you’ve most likely had lots of movement in your |
intestines and some liquid bowel movements. This is your liver beginning to
flush and nothing to be alarmed about. Note: if you have long-term chronic
constipation and are blocked, and haven’t had a bowel movement in days, please

9:30pm| Preparing the drink:
Your Liver Flush drink consists of the two 120ml bottles in your kit labeled A
and B.
Combine both of these bottles in a lidded jar. You’ll shake this mix to create
your liver flush drink. You can add fresh lemon or grapefruit juice to improve
the taste, but it isn’t necessary.
Drinking your flush drink:
1. Stand on the side of your bed
2. Shake the mix 20 times
3. Drink all of the flush drink in one shot (if you can)
3. Turn the lights off in your room
4. Lie down on your right side and cover your liver with your hands (lower
right side of your ribcage)
5. Stay quiet and meditative for 45 minutes on your right side. Bring
awareness to your liver for this period. (No computer, no phone, no book, no
conversation only your liver and you!)
6. Ideally you stay in bed for the night. Set your alarm for 6am as you will
take one more drink then.

WHAT CAME OUT
Understanding what has been released from your body is important, and can help
you with moving into a healthier way of life. We recommend that you collect
your bowel movements into a colander that you previously placed in the toilet
bowl.
Most of what you will see is a greenish sandy matter, and fatty material mixed
with the toxic matter released from the liver. You may notice bigger pieces as
well. If you use a very hot shower jet over the bigger pieces it will wash
away the outside and reveal dark green pieces, which are gallstones. You may
have hundreds of them.

beginning of something new. It creates a wonderful foundation on which to
