Important safety instructions
READ CAREFULLY AND STORE FOR FUTURE USE
- This appliance is designed for household use. Do not use it for commercial purposes, for weighing animals or for other purposes for which it is not intended.
- This appliance may be used by children and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or with insufficient experience and knowledge if they are properly supervised.
- Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors, do not locate it on unstable surfaces, on electric or gas cooktops, in the vicinity of an open flame or other sources of heat.
- Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight or high humidity and do not use it in an excessively dusty environment.
- During use, it is necessary to ensure that the appliance is located on an even, smooth, hard and stable surface. Otherwise, this may result in weighing inaccuracies.
- If the maximum weighing capacity is exceeded, remove the excessively heavy food or item from the weighing platform to prevent possible damage to the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance as a place for placing items. It must be ensured that no items are placed on the appliance during storage.
- The scale is equipped with a built-in, rechargeable battery. For charging, use the supplied USB cable and power adapter (recommended voltage 5 V/1 A, the power adapter is not included). Charge the scale only when “Lo” appears on the display. Do not charge the scale after every use. Do not use the scale while it is charging.
- When not using it regularly, we recommend charging the scale regularly, at least once every three months.
- Do not use an open flame, or flammable or volatile substances in the vicinity of the scale.
- Keep the appliance clean. When cleaning it, follow the instructions in chapter Cleaning and Maintenance. Do not submerge the appliance under water or any other liquid and do not rinse it under running water.
- Do not repair the appliance yourself or make any adjustments to it. Have all repairs been performed at an authorised service centre? By tampering with the appliance, you risk voiding your legal rights arising from unsatisfactory performance or quality warranty.

- Thank you for purchasing a SENCOR brand product and we hope that you will be happy with it.
- Before using this appliance, please read the user’s manual thoroughly, even in cases, when one has already familiarised themselves with previous use of similar types of appliances. Only use the appliance in the manner described in this user’s manual. Keep this user’s manual in a safe place where it can be easily retrieved for future use.
- We recommend saving the original cardboard box, packaging material, purchase receipt and responsibility statement of the vendor or warranty card for at least the duration of the legal liability for unsatisfactory performance or quality. In the event of transportation, we recommend that you pack the appliance in the original box from the manufacturer.

CHARGING
- Before first using the scale, charge the built-in battery.
- Insert the USB-C plug of the charging cable into the USB-C socket on the left side of the scale. Insert the second plug of the charging cable into the socket of a power adapter (not included). The recommended voltage of the power adapter is 5 V/1 A.
- Set the main power switch to position “I” (On). The symbols “- – ” will start flashing on the display. When “FULL” appears on the display, the scale is charged. As a rule, the charging process takes 2 to 3 hours.
- When “Lo” appears on the display, you need to charge the scale.
Note
Wait until “Lo” appears on the display. Do not charge the scale after every
use.
Note
Do not use the scale while it is being charged.
USING THE SCALE
- Place the scale on an even and stable surface.
- Set the main power switch to position “I” (On). The scale turns on automatically.
- Press the ON/TARE button to turn on the scale when it was turned off previously.
- When “0” appears on the display, the scale is ready for use.
- Place the ingredients that you wish to weigh into the middle of the weighing surface. The weight of the weighed ingredients will be shown on the display.
- If you need to weigh several ingredients one after the other and to always begin at zero after weighing one ingredient, press the ON/ TARE button to zero out the value on the display and to be able to weigh another ingredient.
- When you have finished weighing, long press the ON/TARE button to turn the scale off. To completely turn off the scale, set the main switch to the “0” (off) position.
Note
The scale will automatically turn off after two minutes of inactivity.
ERROR MESSAGES
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- To clean the scale, use a soft sponge lightly dampened in warm water. Wipe dry using a clean wiping cloth.
- For cleaning, do not use steel wool, cleaning products with an abrasive effect, solvents, etc. Otherwise, the surface of the appliance may be damaged.
- Do not submerge the scale under water or any other liquid and do not rinse it under running water.
