Operating Instructions
- Before using the heater, ensure the power cord is properly connected to a compatible electrical outlet.
- Set the desired power regulation range using the control panel. The options are Low (900W) and High (1500W).
- If desired, activate the oscillation feature by selecting Low Oscillation (900) or High Oscillation (1500) on the control panel.
- Press the power button to turn on the heater.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances,basic precautions should always be followed
to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, hyperthermia, and injury to
persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using heater.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surface. If provided, always use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Always unplug the heater when not in use.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater or return heater to authorized service facility for examination, electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.
- Do not use the heater outdoors.
- This heater is not intended for use in bathroom, laundry areas and similar moist indoor locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- CAUTION: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of shock, this plug is intended to fit only one way in a polarized outlet. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. DO NOT attempt to defeat this safety feature. To do so could result in an electric shock hazard.
- This heater draws 12.5 amps during operation. To prevent overloading a circuit, do not plug the heater into a circuit that already has other appliances working.
- CAUTION: It is normal for the plug to feel warm to the touch; however, a loose fit between the AC outlet (receptacle) and plug may cause overheating and distortion of the plug. Contact a qualified electrician to replace loose or worn outlet.
- To disconnect the heater, first turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet. Never pull by the cord.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surface, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in the areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- CAUTION: Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or re-loadable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- The output of this heater may vary and its temperature may become intense enough to burn exposed skin. Use of this heater is not recommended for persons with reduced sensitivity to heat or an inability to react to avoid burns.
- Disposal of oil contained within should be in accordance with applicable regional, national, and local laws and regulations.
- CAUTION: To prevent electric shock, match wide blade of plug to wide slot and fully insert.
- Hyperthermia can result in death. Symptoms of hyperthermia include high body temperature, headache, nausea, vomiting, tiredness, dizziness, fainting, and rapid pulse. If you begin to experience symptoms related to hyperthermia, turn off the heater and seek medical attention.
- To avoid excessive room temperatures which can cause hyperthermia: DO NOT leave product running unattended in a confined space around infants, or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CHECK BEFORE TURNING ON THE MACHINE
- Check if the power cord and plug are in good condition.
- This product requires 120V AC power supply. Before use, please confirm that the rated current of your power socket meets local safety requirements and has a safe grounding device. If your power socket does not meet these requirements, please replace it with a qualified socket.
START THE MACHINE
Plug the unit directly into a grounded 120V outlet, the plug shape
indicator light on display panel will light up in red color to show the
machine has power. Then, press the ON/OFF key to start operation; The machine
will auto default to high power (HI).
FUNCTION SETTING
Press the MODE key to toggle between settings in this order: NOTE: Set
temperature can be selected in ECO mode only.
ECO MODE – ADJUSTABLE THERMOSTAT
In ECO energy saving mode, press UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW to set the temperature
between 40-95°F.
If the room temperature is lower than the set temperature, the machine will
turn on the heating element and fan to raise the room temperature.
When the room temperature exceeds the set temperature by 4°F, the display will
flash for 10 seconds then goes into standby mode. The machine will stay in
stand by mode until the room temperature is lower than the set temperature.
TIMER
- TIMING STOP: When the heater is turned on, press the TIMER button and select the amount of hours by pressing the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROWS. The timer can be set between 0-8 hours; 0 will cancel the timer function.
- TIMING START: When the heater is in standby mode, press the TIMER button and select the amount of hours by pressing the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW. The timer can be set between 0-8 hours; 0 will cancel the timer function.
OSCILLATION FUNCTION
While the electric heater is operational, you can activate the oscillation
feature by pressing the OSCILLATION button. If you want to disable the
oscillation function, simply press the same button again.
Please note that if the electric heater is not in operation mode, the
oscillation feature will not be functional and cannot be turned on.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR SHORT CIRCUIT,OPEN CIRCUIT PROTECTION FUNCTION
In every operating mode, if the temperature sensor encounters a short circuit,
the digital display will continuously flash error codes E1, and a buzzer will
sound ten times. Similarly, if the temperature sensor encounters an open
circuit, the digital display will continuously flash error codes E2, and a
buzzer will sound ten times.
The display buttons will not be operational during both E1 and E2 error codes.
SAFETY PROTECTION
Regardless of power-on or power-off state, the machine is designed to
automatically enter into high-temperature protection mode. In an event of
overheating, the buzzer will beep a total of 10 times and the display will
flash error code “FF”.
If the machine enters the high-temperature protection state, regardless of
whether the temperature drops or not, the fault protection state will not be
eliminated. To exit the high-temperature protection state, the machine can
only be reset by removing the plug from the wall outlet, allowing the machine
to cool, and then plugging it back in.
TIP-OVER SWITCH
For your safety, this heater is equipped with an internal tip-over switch. If
the machine is tipped over, the heating element will immediately shut off and
the display panel will flash an E3 code. The fan will continue to run for
approximately 15 seconds before shutting off, this is normal operation.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
ECO ENERGY SAVING FUNCTION
To optimize energy savings, select the ECO energy-saving mode and compare
the ambient temperature with the temperature setting on the heater. Then,
choose the appropriate temperature to conserve energy while still achieving
the desired level of warmth.
In order to provide optimum level performance, it is recommended that the
heater be cleaned at least once in middle of the operating season and then
again before storing.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
For optimum performance, we recommend that the heater be cleaned at least once
during the operating season.
Please ensure to turn off the power switch and unplug the heater before
cleaning. Also, keep the original box for off-season storage.
Follow these steps to clean the heater:
- Turn off and unplug the heater and wait for it to cool down.
- Clean the air intake and grille with a vacuum adapter.
- Use a dry cloth to clean only the external surfaces of the heater. Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents. Never immerse the heater in water.
- After cleaning, pack the heater in the original carton and store it in a cool and dry place.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the product does not operate or does not operate properly, first check the below troubleshooting tips. If the solution or heater’s actions are not showing on the below list, the heater may have failed. Unplug the machine from outlet, discontinue using the product and contact the manufacture for more instructions. There are no repairable parts inside of the unit.
