Fault Solution
Cannot charge the machine Please check whether the charging dock is correctly

connected to the power supply, and the indicator light illuminates when the power is on.

– When the robot is normally connected to the charging dock, the indicator light extinguishes.

– If the robot is connected to the charging dock, but the indicator light does not extinguish and the robot does not respond, please use a dry cloth to wipe the charging pole piece at the bottom of the

robotic vacuum cleaner and the charging piece of the charging dock, and then try again.

– If the robot still can not be charged after performing the above operations, please contact the after-sales department or your dealer.

The robot cannot return to the charging dock.| Clear the charging dock of objects within 0.5m on the left and right sides and within 1.5m ahead.

– Make sure that the robot starts sweep from the charging dock without abnormal movement.

– When the robot is near the charging dock, it can return faster. But if the charging dock is located far away, the robot will need more time to return.

3.  The main brush is entangled by foreign matter. So please clean the main brush.

Timed cleaning doesn’t work| The battery level is low. Timed cleaning will be started when the remaining battery level is ≥ 20%.
Whether the machine needs to be charged for 16 hours for the first three times| Lithium battery has no memory effect when in use, and there is no need to wait when it is fully charged.

Cause and solution

X-plorer Serie 75 S+

Fault Solution
Startup failure 1. The battery level is low. Please place the vacuum cleaner

on the auto empty station and align with the charging pole pieces, toggle the switch on the left side of the vacuum cleaner to “I”, and the vacuum cleaner will start automatically (When it is completely out of power, it needs to be charged for a while before automatic startup).

2. The ambient temperature is too low (below 0 °C) or higher than (50°C). Please use it within the environmental temperature range of 0-40°C.

3. Please confirm whether the switch on the left side of the vacuum

cleaner is toggled to “I”.

Charging failure| 1. Please remove the vacuum cleaner and check whether the indicator light of the auto empty station is on, and make sure that both ends of the power adapter are plugged in.

2. Poor contact. Please clean up the spring contacts on the auto empty station and the charging contacts on the vacuum cleaner.

3. Please confirm whether the switch on the left side of the vacuum cleaner is toggled to “I”.

Recharge failure| 1. There are lots of obstacles near the auto empty station. Please place the auto empty station in an open area.

2. The vacuum cleaner is far from the auto empty station. Please place the vacuum cleaner near the auto empty station and try again.

Whether the vacuum cleaner consumes power when it is placed on the auto empty station all the time| The power consumption is very low when the vacuum cleaner is placed on the auto empty station all the time, which helps to keep the battery in the best status of performance.
After the robotic vacuum cleaner returns to the auto empty station, automatic dust collection does not start.| 1. Please check whether the auto empty station is normally powered on. When the main machine automatically returns for recharge after more than 5 minutes of cleaning, automatic dust collection will be started;

2. Please check whether the cover of the auto empty station is not closed or improperly closed; (if closed improperly, the red light will be on);

3. Please check whether a dust bag is installed in the auto empty station; (if closed improperly, the red light will be on);

4. To ensure smooth dust collection, it is advisable to let the main machine recharge automatically after cleaning; (manually moving the robotic vacuum cleaner back to the auto empty station will cause unstable connection, thus affecting dust collection);

5. Please check the dust bag regularly to see if it is full, because overloaded dust bag may break, block the dust collection pipe and cause damage to the auto empty station;

Automatic dust collection is interrupted after startup or garbage collection is not thorough.| 1. Check whether the dust bag is full. If the dust bag is full, replace it;

2. The dust collection outlet of the dust box of the main machine is jammed by foreign objects, causing the dust box baffle to fail to open;

3. Check whether the air duct of the auto empty station is blocked;

4. During dust collection, the machine is moved (Please do not move the machine during dust collection for fear of damage);

5. There may be water in the dust box of the main machine, so that dust cannot be extracted easily. Please try to prevent the main machine extracting excessive water, which will affect the dust collection performance.

Fault Solution
The inner chamber for the dust bag of the auto empty station is dirty. 1.

Fine particles will pass through the dust bag and be adsorbed on the inner wall of the dust barrel. Please check and clean up them regularly;

2. The dust bag may be damaged. Please check and replace if necessary;

3. Severe dirt accumulation in the inner chamber has a certain impact on the fan and air pressure sensor. It is advisable to clean up the garbage in the inner chamber regularly.
