- Use fresh fruits and vegetables: they contain more juice. Especially suitable fruits are: pineapple, beetroot, celery sticks, apples, cucumbers, carrots, spinach, melons, tomatoes, oranges, grapes, etc.
- You don’t need to peel off the thin peels of fruits and vegetables, just peel off the thick peels of fruits and vegetables like oranges, pineapples and raw beetroots. The seeds of citrus fruits should also be removed because they can make the juice bitter.
- When squeezing apples, the concentration of apple juice depends on the type of apple selected; the more juicy apples are used, the clearer the juice will be, so please choose the type of apple for juicing according to the strength of the juice you want.
