Our goal is to provide a seamless installation and onboarding experience for our customers. The following guide summarizes what to expect, how to get started, and where to get answers when needed.

PREPARE FOR SHIPMENT
Our team is carefully packing and securing your equipment to ensure that your items arrive at their destination in perfect condition. We understand how important this step is to your business, and we pride ourselves on ensuring safe and timely delivery.
JUMP-START IMPLEMENTATION
Once your equipment has been shipped our Implementation Team will be in touch to plan and schedule your deployment. After your solution has been implemented you will be put in contact with your Customer Success Manager who will be focused on your ongoing relationship with CalAmp.
If you have opted for self-installation, you should have been provided an estimated product delivery date. Once you have received your equipment, our online Installation Guides are available for you to review — access the guide for your solution.
LOG INTO THE CALAMP K-12 APPLICATION
Access the CalAmp K-12 Application to get started.
Enter your login credentials (email, account number, and password) provided to you in your welcome email from noreply@synovia.com. Be sure to bookmark the login page for future use.
If you have any difficulty logging in, please contact Support.
ACCESS MEANINGFUL TRAINING & SUPPORT
Once you’ve logged in, you’re ready to start taking advantage of everything the CalAmp K-12 Application has to offer. Here are some useful resources that will help you get comfortable with the software and its powerful features:

• Register for an Upcoming Webinar
– Go beyond our Knowledge Base articles and on-demand training content. This webinar series allows you to build upon your pre-existing knowledge with one of our trained professionals, and in an environment with your peers.

RMA Process
– Sometimes hardware needs to be returned and replaced with a new device. We make that process simple with our online RMA form. Follow this link and select RMA from the menu to start the process.
