Set Up & Charging
- Plug the power adapter into the socket (1).
- Connect the USB cable (2) to the power adapter.
- Connect the USB cable to the Type-C plug on the back of the Organization Hub (3).
- A blue light will turn on to indicate wireless charging is ready.
- To wirelessly charge your device, place a wireless USE charging compatible device on the charging pad.
- The indicator light will turn from blue to green to indicate charging.
- If the device is removed, the light will return to blue, indicating standby mode.
Note: For fast charging, only QC2.0/QC3.0 standard power adapters will work
Wireless LED Indicators

- Flashing Blue Light: Either incorrect placement of the mobile device, temperature protection indication, or trigger FOD.
Care Instructions
- When charging, please remove the protective case, except for the receiver case. For best results and highest efficiency, be sure to use a 2A adapter.
- Do not disassemble the charging hub.
- Avoid contact with water or fire to prevent short circuits.
- Avoid the use of a charging hub in extremely hot, humid, or corrosive environments.
- Do not place items with a magnetic strip or chip (ie – an ID card, bank card, credit card, etc) on the wireless charging pad.
- Keep a distance of at least 20 cm between implantable medical devices (ie – pacemakers, cochlear implants, etc) and the wireless charger.
- Keep out of reach of children.
