Installation and Debugging

To install the CHIGEE motorcycle cell phone mount, follow these steps:

  1. Attach the pipe clip fixing base to the desired location on your motorcycle using the provided tools.
  2. Select the appropriate pipe clip adapter ring (22mm, 25mm, or 28.6mm) and attach it to the pipe clip fixing base.
  3. Place the CHIGEE Mount onto the adapter ring and secure it in place.

Instructions for Daily Use

Here are some guidelines for daily use of the CHIGEE motorcycle cell phone mount:

  1. The mount is IP67 waterproof, including the Type-C interface. Even without the dust coat, the Type-C interface is waterproof. However, using the dust coat can help avoid dust accumulation and prolong its service life.
  2. During vehicle washing, avoid using corrosive detergents that may damage the waterproof structure. If using a high-pressure water gun, maintain a washing distance of more than 1 meter.
  3. Avoid wired charging when it is raining to prevent corrosion of the charging interface due to current.
  4. Using a plastic cell phone cover can increase the locking friction and provide additional protection.

Installation and Debugging

  1. There are 2 ways to set the pipe clip fixing base, choose the suitable way to your vehicleCHIGEE-CG2-Motorcycle-Cell-Phone-Mount-FIG-6
    Note: For more fixed accessories please look up on the CHIGEE official website or CHIGEE online store .

  2. Choose the proper adapter ring set on the handlebar

  3. Moving pipe clip on adaptor ring of the handlebar

  4. Adjusting the pipe clip to the proper angel and fixing it with a screw.

  5. Connecting the pipe clip base with the cellphone mount and tightening the screw. Fill in the side hole with set scew and keep tightening.

  6.  Connecting red line of the power connector to the battery positive and black line to negative, then place the power connector below the power connection terminal of the original vehicle and locked with the torque of the vehicleCHIGEE-CG2-Motorcycle-Cell-Phone-Mount-FIG-9

  7. the product designed with low power consuption , it wouldn’t consuming any power when not charging

  8. cell phone can keep charging even engine off and automatic stopped charging when low voltage is checked.,

  9. After successful energizing, the indicator light of the charging bracket will always turn on green and last for 1 minute. If there is no charging, the  system will turn off the light and automatically enter to sleep state

Instructions for daily use

  1. CG cell phone Mount is ip67 in waterproof level, including the Type-C interface, which is waterproof even if the Type-C interface is not fitted with a dust coat. Fitting into the dust coat can avoid dust accumulation on the Type-C interface and prolong its service life
  2. During daily vehicle washing, do not use corrosive detergent to scrub products (which may cause damage to the waterproof structure). Try to avoid direct washing by a high-pressure water gun. If necessary, please keep a washing distance of more than 1 meter.
  3. Avoid wired charging when it rains, and avoid corrosion of the charging interface due to current
