Product Usage Instructions
1. Preparation:
Insert the connector boot and adapter tube onto the cable. Strip the outer jacket about 50mm to reveal 900-micronfibers.
2. Stripping and Cleaning:
Measure from the end of the jacket and strip the remaining 20mm of buffer from the edge of the jacket using the middle hole on the stripper. Clean any impurities from your cable using alcohol and a lint-free cloth.
3. Fiber Insertion:
Insert the fiber into the connector body until the strand meets resistance and bows slightly.
4. Connector Assembly:
Remove the connector jig. Lock the fiber inside the connector by pressing the amber button. Slide the adapter tube into the connector, then screw the boot onto the connector body and trim any exposed Kevlar yarn.
5. Removal or Re-termination:
To remove or re-terminate the connector, simply unscrew the boot and replace the jig.

- Cleave your fiber strand to 10mm from the 250µm measurement mark
- Strip the remaining 20mm of buffer from the edge of the jacket using the middle hole on the stripper
- Clean any impurities from your cable using alcohol and a lint-free cloth
- Insert the fiber into the connector body until the strand meets resistance and bows slightly
- Remove the connector jig
- Lock the fiber inside the connector by pressing the amber button
- Slide the adapter tube into the connector, then screw the boot onto the connector body and trim any exposed Kevlar yarn
