Non-woven covering with self-adhesive underside and waterproof foil on the topside; diffusion closed

For covering flat, hard surfaces when working indoors, protects the substrate from mechanical damager and moisture.
Also suitable for stairs.
Not suitable for porous surfaces
Not suitable for wet or freshly laid floors. Risk of waterlogging and associated negative changes to the floor.

The substrate must be clean, dry, pressure-resistant, dust- and grease free.
Existing floor heating must be switched off.
Lay the non-woven on the floor with the self-adhesive side facing downwards, without wrinkles and press down firmly.
Cut the non-woven at edges and corners with a safety knife.
Don not lay over cables, protruding objects or other elevations, trip hazard!
When laying several sheets next to each other, allow them to overlap by 10cm, press firmly and, if necessary, fix with a suitable tape.

Lay out the non-woven at the top step far enough (approx. 50cm) and fix the beginning with adhesive tape to the substrate.
Lay out the none-woven covering step by step in one go from top to bottom along the shape of the stairs, pressing the fleece on each step (tread and riser) without wrinkles.
No moving pieces on the stairs, with exception of the spiral staircase.
Lay the fleece on the lowest step far enough into the room and fix it.
Regularly check the adhesion of the non-woven to the substrate.
Check the surface of the fleece regularly and clean if necessary.
If the non-woven is damaged, remove it and lay out new fleece, this is the only way to ensure reliable protection of the substrate.

Remove impurities from the dry non -woven covering before rewinding.
Fold the non-woven covering with the sticky side on top of each other, then rewind.

Test the suitability of the product in advance in an inconspicuous place.
No acceptance of liability for incorrect usage.
It is absolutely necessary to pay attention to the installation instructions and application range!
Always store in a dry place!
3 Months after installation, the non-woven should be removed from the surface. It is recommended to protect the nonwoven from high temperatures and strong direct sunlight, as this could affect its technical characteristics.

The non-woven can de disposed of in landfills after use, with dried paint or plaster residues, in compliance with official regulations.
