Warranty

Please check “Product warranty information” from our website. https://www.hanwhavision.com/en/support/warranty/ We recommend to use the officially compatible VMS version or latest Hanwha NVR version when integrating with VMS or Hanwha NVR. The Risk Group 1 of a LEDs include in the equipment, so should be attached RG1 warning label at the end-product.

Setting a password

  • When accessing the product for the first time, you must register a login password.

  • The new password must be at least 8 characters and 9 characters long. The following are English upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. You must use at least 3 of the following: 10 characters In the above cases, two or more types must be used. (up to 64 characters supported)
  • Available special characters: ~`!@#$%^&*( )_- +={ }[ ]|\;:‘“<>.,?/
  •  Spaces cannot be used when setting a password. doesn’t exist.

Log in

Every time you access the camera, a login window appears. You must enter the set username and password to access the camera. You can access it.

  • Enter “admin” in the field.
  • Enter the password you set in the field.
  • Click the [Login] button.

Connect to WiFi

  1. a Micro USB terminal with OTG adapter (5 pin) and WiFi Connect the dongle.

Smartphone settings

  1. Wisenet Installation application. Install it.
  2. Turn on the WiFi and select the camera’s SSID.
  3. Open the Wisenet Installation application. Run it.
  4. When you log in to the camera, the video is connected.
    • When you first connect, the video will run without logging in.
  5. Watch the video on your smartphone and adjust the camera’s angle of view. You can adjust it.

Customer precautions

  • Please check the security system and product regularly (daily) for any abnormalities before use.
  • This product is an auxiliary surveillance device that protects against material/human damage caused by theft (property damage), fire, natural disaster, etc. The manufacturer is not responsible for this.
  • A/S is only available for our products (single items). Defects due to installation problems must be handled by a professional installation company or maintenance company.
  • Functions not included in the product user manual or incorrectly described in third-party shopping malls, etc. are handled by our company.  We are not responsible.
  • Important data stored in the product may be lost during service. Therefore, before requesting service, be sure to Please make a backup. We are not responsible for any loss during the repair process.

When service is requested through product usage instructions

  • When requesting services such as signal check, power check, network environment problem, etc. according to the usage environment
  • When requesting installation or explanation of other equipment related to the product

When service is requested for simple disassembly, simple adjustment, S/W upgrade, etc.

  • In case of malfunction due to use of poor-quality recording media or when requesting service for usage instructions
  • If a problem occurs because the product is used or installed in an abnormal environment
