Product Usage Instructions

Connection Guide

To connect the underwater camera, PoE Switch, PC, NVR, Smartphone, etc., please refer to the overall connection application diagram provided below:

Activating the Camera

To activate the camera using a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Power on the underwater camera and connect it to the network.
  2. Input the IP address “192.168.1.64” into the address bar of the web browser.
  3. Click Enter to enter the activation interface.
  4. Create a password and input it into the password field.
  5. Confirm the password.
  6. Click OK to save the password and enter the live view
    interface.

Activation via SADP Software

To activate the camera using SADP software, follow these steps:

  1. Download the SADP software from the supplied disk or the official website.
  2. Install the SADP software according to the prompts.
  3. Run the SADP software to search for online devices.
  4. Check the device status from the device list and select the inactive device.
  5. Create a password and input it into the password field.
  6. Confirm the password.
  7. Click OK to save the password. Check the activation status on the popup window.
  8. Change the device IP address to the same subnet as your computer by either modifying the IP address manually or enabling DHCP.
  9. Input the password and click the Save button to activate your IP address modification.

Access to the Camera

To access the camera using web browsers, follow these steps:

  1. Open a web browser on your PC or smartphone.
  2. Input the IP address of the camera into the address bar of the web browser.
  3. Enter your username and password to log in.

LED Light Control

To control the LED lights of the underwater camera, please refer to the LED light control section in the user manual.

Access Camera from Guarding Vision APP

To enable access to the camera from the Guarding Vision app, follow these steps:

  1. Install and open the Guarding Vision app on your smartphone.
  2. Sign in or create a new account if you don’t have one.
  3. Follow the in-app instructions to enable the Guarding Vision platform.

Setup Guide for Guarding Vision

To set up the Guarding Vision app for accessing the camera, refer to the setup guide provided in the user manual.

FAQ

Q: What is the default IP address of the camera?

  • A: The default IP address of the camera is 192.168.1.64.

Q: How can I activate the camera if it has DHCP enabled?

  • A: If the camera has DHCP enabled, you need to activate it using the SADP software.
  • Please refer to the activation via the SADP software section in the user manual.

Activating the Camera

Activation via Web Browser

Steps:

  1. Power on the underwater camera, and connect the camera to the network.
  2. Input the IP address into the address bar of the web browser, and click Enter to enter the activation interface.
    • Notes:
    • The default IP address of the camera is 192.168.1.64.
    • For the camera enables the DHCP by default, the IP address is allocated automatically. And you need to activate the camera via SADP software.

  3. Create a password and input the password into the password field.
  4. Confirm the password.
  5. Click OK to save the password and enter the live view interface.

Activation via SADP Software

Steps:

  1. Run the SADP software to search the online devices.

  3. Create a password input the password in the password field, and confirm the password.
  4. Click OK to save the password.
    • You can check whether the activation is completed on the popup window. If activation fails, please make sure that the password meets the requirement and try again.
  5. Change the device IP address to the same subnet as your computer by either modifying the IP address manually or checking the checkbox of Enable DHCP.
  6. Input the password and click the Save button to activate your IP address modification.

Access to the Camera

Accessing by Web Browsers Steps:

  1. Open the web browser.
  2. In the browser address bar, input the IP address of the underwater camera, and press the Enter key to enter the login interface.
  3. Activate the underwater camera for the first time using, refer to Section 2 for details.
    • Note:
    • The default IP address is 192.168.1.64.
    • If the camera is not activated, please activate the camera first.
  4. Select English as the interface language on the top-right of login interface.
  5. Input the user name and password and click Login.
    • The admin user should configure the device accounts and user/operator permissions properly. Delete the unnecessary accounts and user/operator permissions.
    • Note:
    • The IP address gets locked if the admin user performs 7 failed password attempts (5 attempts for the user/operator).LINOVISION-AIPC608UW4K-UltraHDPOE-IP-Underwater-Camera-FIG-5
  6. Install the plug-in before viewing the live video and operating the camera. Please follow the installation prompts to install the plug-in.LINOVISION-AIPC608UW4K-UltraHDPOE-IP-Underwater-Camera-FIG-6
  7. Note: You may have to close the web browser to install the plug-in. Please reopen the web browser and log in again after installing the plug-in.

LED Light Control

  1. Open the LED light
    • When the environment is dark, click the “Image” and switch to “Night” mode in Day/Night Mode, the LED light will be turned on.LINOVISION-AIPC608UW4K-UltraHDPOE-IP-Underwater-Camera-FIG-7
  2. Close the LED light

Access Camera from Guarding Vision APP

Enable the Guarding Vision Platform Steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and Enter the camera IP (192.168.1.64)

  4. Click on Save
    • Refresh the page, you should see your platform access register status as online.

Setup Guide for Guarding Vision Steps:

  1. Download the Guarding Vision APP for IOS or Android from the link below IOS: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/guarding-vision/id1101697283?mt=8
  2. Register account for the APP
  3. Once registered and logged into your account, click on Add Device.
  4. Scan the QR code on the camera.
  5. Once the camera is found, click on add
  6. Enter the verification code from step 5-1-3 and click on OK.
  7. Click on the camera to view the live image.
