MECHANICAL PERSONAL SCALES
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before first use, please thoroughly read the entire manual.
It is recommended to keep this instructions manual for future reference.
- The unit is intended for domestic use only.
- Do not step on the scale when it is wet.
- Do not stand on the scale with wet feet.
- Store the scale in a shaded and dry place.
- Do not press down on the scale with other objects during storage.
- The accuracy of the scale display depends on how it is used.
- Handle the scale carefully. Do not jump on the scale, do not drop the scale.
- Do not exceed the maximum permissible weight (130kg). This may damage it or cause it to become calibrated.
- This equipment may be used by children of at least 8 years of age and by persons of diminished physical and mental capacity and persons with inexperience and lack of familiarity with the equipment, if supervision or instruction is provided regarding the use of the equipment in a safe manner so that the associated risks are understood. Children should not play with the equipment. Unsupervised children should not carry out cleaning or maintenance of the equipment.
- Use a damp, soft cloth without chemicals to clean, then wipe dry. Do not immerse the equipment in water.
- Repairs to the equipment may only be carried out by an authorised service centre.
- Any modernization or use of non-original spare parts or components of the appliance is prohibited and endangers the safety of use.
- Eldom sp. z o. o. is not liable for any damage caused by improper use of the appliance.

SPECIFICATION
− maximum weight: 130 kg
− accuracy of reading < 65 kg: 1000g
− accuracy of reading > 65 kg: 2000g
− graduation: 1000g
DESIGNATION
The personal scale is used to measure the body weight of the person being
weighed.
• USE
− Before using the machine for the first time, please carefully read this
manual.
After unboxing the device, make sure it has not been damaged while
transported.
− If in doubt, please refrain from using the device until you consult the
service centre.
=USING THE SCALES
− Place the scales on stable, dry floor.
− Before the first use, calibrate the scales with the knob in its lower part:
set the graduation indicator at “0”.
− Stand on the scales so that the weight of the body is distributed evenly on
both feet.
− Read the result.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
− The appliance cannot be submersed in water.
− Do not use any cleansing agents which are strong and damage the surface.
− Wipe the housing with a moistened cloth.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
− The appliance is made of materials which can be recovered or recycled.
− The appliance should be handed over to the appropriate centre of collection
and recycling.
− The appliance cannot be submersed in water.
GUARANTEE
− The device is intended for private household use.
− It may not be used for professional applications.
− The guarantee shall become void if the unit is improperly operated.
