AIR FRYER
IMPORTANT SAFETY CAUTIONS
The following safety precautions should always be followed, to reduce the risk
of electric shock, personal injury, or fire. It is important to read all these
instructions carefully before using the product, and to save them for future
reference or new users.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed. These include the following:
- Read all instructions. Failure to follow and observe these instructions could lead to an accident.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Always switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply if it is left unattended.
- If the connection to the mains has been damaged, it must be replaced, take the appliance to an authorised technical support device.
- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label matches the mains voltage before use.
- Connect the appliance to a grounded socket and make sure that it is inserted correctly.
- Do not use plug adaptors.
- Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.
- If any of the appliance casings break, immediately disconnect the appliance from the mains to prevent the possibility of an electric shock.
- Do not force the power cord or use it to lift, carry or unplug the appliance.
- Check the state of the power cord. Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or by an authorized technical service in order to avoid a hazard.
- The appliance is not suitable for outdoor use.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Keep the air fryer and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years. Children shall not play with the appliance. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Never put the product against the wall or other products. There should be at least 10 cm of free space on the back side, left/right sides, and the upper side of the product. Do not put things on top of the air fryer, for this will prevent the air flow and reduce the effect of hot air heating.
- The temperature of the accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is in use.
- The product must be watched by someone while operating.
- During the period of fat-free frying, steam with high temperature will be emitted from the air outlet opening. The hands and face should be away from the steam and the air outlet opening. And one should take care of the hot steam and air while moving the fryer away from the product.
- If the product is smoking, unplug immediately. Remove the fryer away from the product after it has stopped smoking.
- Do not soak the housing into water, or wash it under the tap, for there are electric components and heating components in the housing.
- Do not let water or other liquid flow into the housing, in case electric shocks might take place.
- While the product is in use, do not cover the air inlet and outlet opening.
- Never pour oil into the fryer, for this may cause fire.
- Do not touch the inside of the product while it is working, as it can become very hot.
- This product is manually operated, thus never connect the product with external timer or independent remote-control system.
Warning: Please do not touch surface while in use. The temperature of accessible surface may be high when the appliance is operating.
CAUTION
This appliance is for household use only. It should not be used in the dining
rooms of shops, office, farms, or other working environments. And should not
be used by customers in hotels, motels, guest houses or breakfast rooms, or
other accommodation environments. No user-serviceable parts inside. Return the
appliance to the nearest authorized service centre for examination, repair, or
adjustment.

BEFORE FIRST USE
- Make sure that all the product’s packaging has been removed. Remove the glue and labels on the product.
- Before using the product for the first time, clean the frying-pan thoroughly with hot water, detergent, and non-abrasive sponge. Notice: dishwasher machine can be used to wash these components.
- Clean the inside and outside of the product with wet cloth.
PREPARING FOR USE
- Put the product on a surface that is levelled, even, and stable, do not put the product on surface that is not heat-resistant.
- Put the frying-pan into the fryer correctly.
- Pull the wire out of the wire capsule at the bottom of the product. Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
- Caution:
- Never pour oil or other liquid into the fryer.
- Never put things on top of the product, for this will prevent the air flow and reduce the effect of hot air heating.
USING THE APPLIANCE
- **** Insert the plug into the wall outlet.
- Remove the frying-pan carefully from the fryer by pulling the handle.
- Put the food ingredients into the frying-pan.
- Put the frying-pan back into the fryer.
Caution :
* Never use the fryer without the frying-pan in it.
* Do not touch the frying-pan during, and for some time after use, as it gets very hot.
* Only hold the frying-pan by the handle.

To turn on the fryer, press the power On/Off button.

Press the temperature up or down button to choose the needed temperature.

Press the time up or down button to choose the needed time.

Press the power On/Off button to start the cooking process.
Note:- During cooking the temperature and time are shown alternatively.
- During cooking, if you want to change the cooking time or temperature, press the corresponding up or down button at any time to do so.
- Refer to the ‘Food Preparation Table’ with basic cooking settings for different types of food.
- Some ingredients require shaking or turning through the cooking time (refer to the ‘Food Preparation Table’). To shake the ingredients, hold the handle and pull out the frying-pan, and then shake over the sink. Then slide the frying-pan back into the fryer.

When you hear the timer bell, the cooking time has elapsed.

. Pull out the frying-pan and check if the ingredients are ready.
Caution :- After cooking with the fryer, there might be steam jetting out from the fryer.
- The frying-pan is hot after the cooking process. Always place it on a heat resistant surface.

Empty the frying-pan contents into a bowl or onto a plate.
Note:- Do not overturn the frying-pan, for this will cause the redundant oil collected at the bottom of the frying-pan to leak onto the food ingredients.
- To fetch the big size or fragile food ingredients, you can use clamps to take them out from the frying-pan.

After completing the cooking of one batch of food ingredients, the fryer can be used to cook another batch of food ingredients at any time.
USING THE KEEP WARM MODE

Press the power On/Off button to switch on the appliance.

Press the Menu button to select the ‘Keep Warm’ mode. The ‘Keep Warm’ icon will blink when selected.

Press the power On/Off button to start the keep warm mode.
Note :- The keep warm timer is set to 120 minutes. To change the keep warm time, press the time down button. The time will be confirmed automatically.
- The keep warm temperature is set to 90°C. To change the keep warm temperature, press the temperature down button. The temperature will be confirmed automatically.
- During the keep warm mode, the fan and heater inside of the appliance turns on from time to time.
- The keep warm mode is designed to keep your food warm immediately after it is cooked in the fryer. It is not meant for reheating.
COOKING WITH PRESETS

Press the power On/Off button to switch on the appliance.

Press the Menu button to select the preferred cooking preset. The cooking preset icon will blink when selected.

Press the power On/Off button to start the preferred cooking preset.
Note:- maller amounts of food will require less cooking time.
- When preparing larger amounts of food (e.g. fries, prawns, drumsticks etc.) shake, turn or stir the ingredients in the frying-pan 2 to 3 times in order to achieve a consistent result.

LEANING
Clean the product after every use. Remove oil and fat from the bottom of the
pan after every use.
Warning:
- Let the frying-pan and the inside of the appliance cool down completely before you start cleaning.
- Never submerge the fryer housing in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.
- The inside of the frying-pan is all covered with non-sticking painted coat. Do not use metal kitchen wares or abrasive cleaning material to do the cleaning, for this will damage the nonsticking painted coat.
- Press the power On/Off button to switch off the appliance, remove the plug from the wall outlet and let the appliance cool down for 30min before you start cleaning.
- Remove oil and fat from the bottom of the frying-pan.
- Clean the frying-pan or the bottom of the frying-pan with hot water, detergent, and non-abrasive sponge. Add hot water into the frying-pan together with some detergent and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Clean the fryer housing with a damp cloth with a few drops of detergent and then dry. Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
- Clean the inside of the product with hot water and non-abrasive sponge. Use cleaning brush to clean the heating components, swept away any remaining food residual.
- Dry all parts before its assembly and storage.
STORAGE
- Unplug the appliance and let it cool down.
- Make sure all parts are clean and dry before storing.

MALFUNCTION AND TREATING METHOD

thoroughly after every use.
My fresh fries are not evenly fried.| You did not use the right potato type.|
To get the best results, use fresh floury potatoes. Choose potatoes whose
packaging states that they are suitable for frying.
You did not soak the fresh fries properly before frying.| Soak the fresh fries
in a bowl for 30 minutes (Min), then remove them and dry them on a kitchen
paper.
You have added too many ingredients into the frying- pan.| Follow the maximum
amount of ingredients as outlined in the ‘Preset Cooking Table’.
Certain types of ingredients need to be shaken, turned, or stirred throughout
the cooking time.| Shake, turn or stir ingredients a few times in between.
My fresh fries are not crunchy.| The crunchiness of the fries depends on the
amount of oil and water in the fries.| Make sure the fries are drained in the
correct way.
Cut the fresh fries a little thinner to make them crunchier.
Add a bit more oil to make them crunchier.

WARRANTY
