SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
The following safety precautions should always be followed, to reduce the
risk of electric shock, personal injury, or fire. It is important to read all
of these instructions carefully before using the product and to save them for
future reference or new users.
Read all instructions before use.
- Please use the scale on the hard & flat surfaces, to ensure the greatest accuracy and service life.
- Please remove the battery from the scale if it has not been used for a long time.
- Do not stack anything on the scale during storage.
- Do not use chemical abrasive cleaners.
- Do not put the scale in an upright position, only appropriate flat.
- Do not drop or beat the scale as this may damage the sensor and the glass panel.
- To ensure the life of the scale, please do not put it in a wet or hot environment.
- When the scale doesn’t work, please check the batteries to be installed incorrectly or change the batteries, then try to start it again.
- This scale is for household use only and should not be used professionally for any reason at all.
- Please do not unscrew the rear cover as this can cause damage.
- Never put batteries in your mouth. If swallowed, contact your physician or local poison control center.
- Never short-circuit the batteries.
- Keep the battery away from children.
- Only the recommended batteries or equivalent are to be used, volts and size.
- When replacing batteries, make sure to insert them under the correct polarity as indicated within the battery compartment.
- Batteries can contain combustible materials. If not handled correctly batteries can leak, become very hot, ignite or even explode, which could damage your appliance and or/and your health.
- Before inserting the batteries, check that the contacts in the device and on the batteries are clean and, if necessary, clean them.
- Only use new batteries.
- Do not use rechargeable batteries.
- Never try to recharge normal batteries. The danger of explosion!
- Never expose the batteries to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or similar. There is an increased risk of leakage.
- The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the appliance and safely disposed of.
- Never throw batteries into a fire.
- Do take apart or deform the batteries.
- Remove leaking batteries from the device immediately. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. If these areas come into contact with battery acid, rinse them immediately with plenty of clean water and contact a doctor immediately. There is a risk of corrosion due to battery acid.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- This product contains a coin/button cell battery. If the coin/button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause several internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death. Keep new and used batteries away from children.
- If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
- Do not place the kitchen scale near the edge of a bench or table during operation. Ensure the surface is level, clean, and free of water, other liquids, and obstacles.
- Remove any spillages from the top or around the weighing scales if this has been wet. The device and surroundings should be completely dry before operating.
- The weighing scales should not be used on a sink drain board.
- Do not place the kitchen scale on or near a hot gas or electric burner, where it could touch a heated oven or where it will be exposed to excessive heat.
- Items placed on the device should be at room temperature and not hot direct from the oven.
- Direct sunlight should be avoided at all times.
- The device cannot be opened or dismantled for servicing, except for the battery compartment for replacing the battery.
- Handle the device with care to ensure correct measurement output during the lifetime of the scales. Avoid shocks and vibrations.
- Ensure the correct battery type is used and properly installed. Polarity and correct contact are to be taken care of during installation.
- The battery should be removed if the device is not used for a prolonged period of time, such as in excess of 6 months.
- Always ensure items to be weighed are correctly positioned in the center of the weighing platform to prevent spillages.
- Do not attempt to operate the kitchen scale by any method other than those described in this book.
- The top of the weighing should not be used to store items when this is not being used.
- Cleaning the device should be in line with the cleaning instructions in this manual.
- The kitchen scale is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- The scale is not a toy and should not be given to children to play with. Constant supervision is necessary when this is handled by children
- In the event that this is damaged, the scales should be inspected by a licensed professional before further use. This can be used once the professional declares it is safe for further use.
- This appliance is for household use only and is not to be used for commercial or industrial purposes. Misuse will lead to damaging the device, and personal injury.
- The device is not intended to be used outdoors, in motorhomes, or in boats.
- The device should never be immersed in water, or placed in the dishwasher.
- The weight limit range should be respected to ensure the safe and accurate operation of the device.

INSTALL THE BATTERY
- When first using the scale, remove the plastic strip on the back of the scale (battery compartment) by pulling on the strip with the red arrow.
- Remove the cover from the battery compartment
- Remove the battery from the battery compartment.
- Place the new battery with the “+” sign up in the battery compartment.
- Replace the battery compartment cover.

IN THE BOX
- 1 x digital kitchen scale
- 1 x battery: 3V CR2032 lithium battery (already installed in the scale)
- (Please open the battery cover and take out the insulating tape before using it for the first use.)
- 1 x Instruction manual. Read these instructions before use.
USE
- TURN ON: Push the M-swirl logo in the middle of the scale for about 2 seconds.
- TURN OFF: Touch the “OFF” key for about 2 seconds.
- AUTO OFF: The scale will turn off automatically after about 60 seconds of non-use.
OPERATION
- Please the scale on a hard & flat surface.
- Push the M-Swirl logo in the middle of the scale for 2 seconds, the LCD will show as below.
- Put food on the scale, the LCD will show the food weight.
TARE FUNCTION
- Under “Weighing” mode, place a container on the scale, LCD will show the weight of the container.
- Touch the “TARE” key to clear the weight of the container, then put food into the container, and the LCD will show the food weight only. *Repeat touching the “TARE” key to weigh more different food.
- When food and/or container is removed from the scale container, the LCD will show a negative load value; touch the “TARE” key, and after 2 seconds the scale will turn into weighing” mode.
UNIT CONVERSION (g/kg/oz/lb oz/ml/L)
- Under “Weighing” mode, Touch the “UNIT” key to convert “g” or “oz” etc. as demand.
OVERLOAD INDICATION
If the weight is overloaded “Max. Capacity” The LCD will show “EEEE”.
LOW POWER INDICATION
When showing “ Lo “ on display, Open the battery cover on the back and replace
the new battery with the correct polarity.
CLEANING
- Clean with a wet cloth. Do not allow water to seep into the scale body.
- Never immerse electrical parts of the product in water during cleaning or operation. Never hold the product under running water.
- When cleaning, never use solvents or abrasive materials, hard brushes, or metallic or sharp objects. Solvents are harmful to human health and can attack plastic parts, while abrasive cleaning mechanisms and tools may scratch the surface.
STORAGE
If necessary, move it to a position that is out of reach of children and pets.
ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY DISPOSAL
Please remove the battery before disposing of the device/ unit. Do not
dispose of old batteries with your household waste, but at a battery
collection station at a recycling site or in a shop. Consult your municipal
authority or your dealer for information about disposal.
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other
household wastes throughout the US. To prevent possible harm to the
environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it
responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return
your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the
retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for
environmentally safe recycling.
WARRANTY
- The manufacturer provides a warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer’s own country of residence, with a minimum of 1 year, starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user.
- The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship.
- The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service center. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase date) must be submitted.
- The warranty will not apply in cases of:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of the appliance, use of non-approved accessories
- Use of force, damage caused by external influences
- Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions
- Partially or completely dismantled appliances
